Saved My Old Weber Kettle
My old Weber kettle was still in great shape, but the original cart had completely rusted out. This grill table saved me from having to replace the entire grill. Assembly was straightforward, and my kettle dropped right in without any issues. The new stand feels much sturdier than the old setup and provides plenty of workspace while grilling. It's also held up through rain, snow, wind, and multiple winters without showing signs of rust or deterioration. One of the biggest benefits is that when the kettle eventually wears out, I can pick up a replacement kettle from Facebook Marketplace and drop it right into this cart. That's a much more affordable option than replacing the whole setup. If you're trying to extend the life of your Weber kettle or upgrade from a rusted-out cart, I highly recommend this grill table.

Nice cart for grilling.
This cart looks nice. It's actually pretty sturdy for what it is. I had it all assembled in about an hour and a half. I guess the instructions were ok. I didn't really use them except for double checking a couple of things like screw sizes and locations for said screws. Everything was there and all parts matched well. Had a couple of extra screws left over which is a good thing. Better than coming up short. This will be a good usable tool for grilling and outdoor cooking. It should compliment my smoker nicely. I think it will hold up well.

May cause you to fall in love with your kettle all over!
Update: My rating stands! This stand is such and added convenience to grilling. I ordered a large HDPE cutting board and cut it to fit, cleaned up the edges and used carriage bolts to secure it to the cart, bonus upgrade! Want a major upgrade your kettle without buying a new Weber Performer? Get this thing! I'll help you out here. Stand arrives in a roughly 32" square box that's about 10-12" tall, and well packaged. Don't be like the guy that sent his back without opening it because USPS tore a little hole in it. He missed out! I'm an experienced mechanic and this took me maybe 2 hours total to assemble, but about 30 minutes of that was trying to unsuccessfully retrieve a bolt that fell through my porch (which is when I found they are heavily stainless plated), and dig around for the right socket to disassemble the decrepid kettle stand from 1993 that had to be screwed together and braced to reduce wobble. If you're not very mechanically inclined or an experienced assembler, just set aside the afternoon and take your time. The instructions are pretty much just visuals and straight forward. You'll need a good Phillips head screwdriver and a 17mm wrench and a socket/rachet, or another wrench. I'll also suggest you get some thread locker to be safe, but probably not necessary. The cotter pins for the axle aren't really necessary either. The most difficult part of assembling this is handling the M6x1.0 bolts without dropping them (I have some nerve damage from years of manufacturing work) and getting the plastic hub covers in place. If it feels wobbly as you're assembling it, don't fret! As you put it together, it will stiffen up and become rigid. I'd like to see washers included in the hardware, but this thing looks sharp! I really like that the lid bale holds the lid beyond a 90° angle to the grate for easier access with even less risk of accidently touching it and burning a forearm. It also keeps the lid far enough away from the bottom of the kettle to not interfere with the extended thermometers I've installed on my kettle lid. I'll have to break mine in this coming weekend, can't wait! Oh, and I did notice that after taking the pictures that one of the supports isn't locked into the lip of the bottom half of the kettle, but that's totally on me. I realized that pot I use as an ash bucket would fit just right in the holder for the Weber One Touch cleaning system ash bucket and pulled the kettle back out to put the pot in. The support when back in no problem!

Fits Weber Kettle 22” nicely!
Easy to assemble. Some assembly experience required. Pretty stable.

Nice Cart
Went together easier than I thought it would. One of the holes for the top was off a tad and the screw turned in rather hard because it was starting to cross thread. I will redrill that hole so the screw will go in properly. The garbage can is a JOKE! They need to redesign that!! I turned the paper towel holder around and installed it backwards before the cart was completely tightened up. I read people didn't like how it was when put in the right way. The post was in the way. This way works great! The cart rolls easy and will work for BBQing brisket or just plan grilling. I now don't have the Weber so off balance when I roll it out of the Land of the Grills to use it. Recommended to buy if you are looking for a cart for your Kettle Grill.

Excellent product, very good instructions
This review is from day 1. I'll try to add another one year later. Product arrived well packed. Shipping box was intact and with no damage. As I unpacked the item, I was initially intimidated due to the large number of parts, BUT, I saw that every part was bagged and each bag was labeled with a number or letter that corresponded perfectly to the instructions. PACKAGING:10 out of 10. The instructions were quite clear. Each step identified the part(s) to be used perfectly. In my opinion, for ease of assembly, they could have been slightly more detailed, but we're more complete and detailed than 90% of items I've had to assemble. INSTRUCTIONS: 8.5 out of 10. The quality and design of the product is to me, very good. I found two small issues, one of which is a design fault and one is a production fault. Design Fault: The bottle top remover is directly above the paper towel holder. If you're using the paper towel holder, I think the bottle top remover will be completely unusable. Production Fault: The label affixed to the storage rack is riveted on backwards. I'm not going to mess with it, so it's going to stay backwards. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION: 7.5 out of 10 This item seems solidly designed, fits together really well, and seems well-built enough to last, hopefully many years. QUALITY: 9.5 out of 10 OVERALL: 9 out of 10

Great grill table upgrade
This grill table is very nice for the price. The assembling of the table was a bit cumbersome at times due to the instructions being a bit vague, but it's not much different from what Ikea does. Overall, great price for the product received. FYI this grill cover works great for this: "Classic Accessories Ravenna Water-Resistant 48 Inch BBQ Grill Cover for Weber Performer"

Great Perfomer Conversion
Very nice cart, if you already have a Weber kettle you might think about converting It's way cheaper than buying a Weber Perfomer, $180 vs $500. Assembly is pretty easy, screwdriver and a pair of pliers. Instructions are easy to follow, everything fits, some parts you have to leave a little lose to get them to line up, for the most part it's pretty easy. One reviewer said he needed washers on the front coasters to make them even, I didn't have that problem, I needed a couple washers to tighten the nut, not a lot of space for the wrench. The ash ring gets in the way of the catcher didn't use, I have a 22 inch maybe it works with the 18. Not using the little trash can, kinda small, condiment basket not using, it's in the way for me. I'll probably cut the handles off later, the hardest thing is taking the old legs off...hahaha. I like the cart and very much recommended it.

Maneggevole e pratico
