My neck has been getting stiff lately and this brings relief when the muscles start to spasm. It's a little too wide to fit between my shoulder blades but it works great everywhere else.

My opinion…The Murlien rollar football is the best on the market! I get total pain relief using it added with breathing technique’s pros created that do help relax the muscles. The football preforms outstandingly because of its size and shape. The football roller has knobs all over it which is needed for acupressure and knot relief. Also the knobs are a perfect height which helps with your starting roll out not to be as painful as the rollers with high knobs do. Also, the plastic/rubber is very easy to clean. And another great thing about Murlien is the shape of the ball which is oblong which stops the ball from rolling away from you as you move around. I own lots of round roller balls in different shapes and sizes which are not as easy and fun to use as this Murlien football. The Murlien is the BEST pain relieving roller and best preforming product on the market that I have found. And so far, I have purchased 4 and will buy more as needed.

Really like this roller. Not quite as aggressive as a ball.

This is slightly better than a hard round ball which has a single point of contact which in fact bruised me trying to use it. You folks need to use the products you create so to criticize your own products. Try making this a bit softer with the same nubs and it could be a great product.

I like the small size. it feels great and helped loosen up my neck pain, shoulders, and lower back. Very comfortable and well made.

I have placed the massager on the bed and have laid against it. That way there is not as much pressure on the muscle. Some of the other massages with projections are somewhat too pointed, but this one is not uncomfortable to hold in your hand. It’s a good size.

This is a great product. It's very effective on sore muscles, and stays in place.

Quality construction. Rubber outer skin doesn’t slide on hardwood floors.

This is amazing. Great after or before a hard training session . To unlock all the knots.

Fantastic products you have a bad back and want to get rid of all those knots in fact any where on your body it’s great.

Great little roller for getting to the hard to reach places very firm well worth the money

✅ As described and as advertised. ✅ Basic packaging (plain-ish cardboard box) but would make a useful gift for anyone wanting sole of feet massage or foam roller equivalent. ✅ Very basic instructional images on box but it's relatively intuitive and easy to use. ✅ We like the very firm ridges and the mini rugby ball style shape. It's easy to roll this under foot on the floor for a nice massage - obviously the harder you press down the firmer the massage. ✅ This is highly portable as it's relatively small and lightweight but it's lacking a small travel pouch/bag - this would have been an ideal addition. ✅ This can also be used as an alternative to a foam roller for post exercise or stress relieving massage on calves or other areas in the same way you'd use a foam roller. We've found this a little firm for us but we only really expected to use this for foot massage. Simple and effective - portable and lightweight - needs a storage pouch.

It takes time to get used to how small this is. Worth it for travel but you need to adapt yr technique
