I'm really happy with the foot file I've been using. It's done a great job at smoothing out rough patches on my feet and even helped in getting rid of a verruca. It's become a staple in my foot care routine. Easy to use, good value for money and seems sturdy enough.

Large enough for easy use and good to have one rough and smooth side. Had to be careful as the rough side is quite harsh but certainly did a good job with the smooth side following I found it really good.

This is really quite good!Though you will need to use BOTH sides.The gruff/rough side of the (let's call it ) 'paddle' is VERY rough and does 'file' the skin off the soles of your feet. Though if you are like me, with severe calluses it will take some time. (I am formerly in dermatology AND beauty therapy! lol)With the gruff side, you'll want to get the bottoms of your heels, balls of your feet, sides of big toes! Get as much as you can, then use the FILE side to smooth it all out. Some did not care for that side, it DOES work, you just need to do it. It's 'smoothing out' what the gruff side did.One night I forgot to use the file and I went to bed, my heels were all 'rough'! I got up and used the file (Smoothing side) to my heels and oh my gosh, it works VERY well.My feet HAVE greatly improved in two days, but more is yet to come. I have very bad calluses and other things going on (some soaking and exfoliating will also help! Then go for the 'paddle' to further 'treat' and then do a GOOD thick lotion after like Nivea 'rich moisturising' (I don't care for E45 cream! useless!) but overall, this has helped, just make sure you use both sides and of course just on your feet. I believe it WILL do the job for you! If not - shout at Amazon customer care about it - they will help you to get your money back! I'm glad with it so far, and will return in a month to update!

Amazed at how effective this is. Tried all sorts of things before but this blows them out of the water. It says best used on dry skin so I did and it worked perfectly and my hard skin was really hard and cracked. Just take it easy with it because it really does take off the hard skin quickly and it would be really easy to over do it. The opposite side really smooths the skin off removing the hard skin. No more need for expensive gadgets, just grab one of these.
