I received this and the hot water would not work for anything. I'd waited so long to decide to buy it, I started to keep it and just use it with no hot water. However, I filled out a return and it was replaced very quickly and the hot water works! I don't know what I was thinking! I love that hot cocoa/tea maker!!! thanks

Awful product. Awful seller. The product didn't work. The water never got cold and the refrigerator section didn't get cold either. Seller is extremely difficult to work with for returns

Incredibly good I have had it for two years and it works perfect its cold water is super cold and the same hot, this product is highly recommended

The hot water didn't work on the first unit I recieved. Customer service was prompt and made getting a new unit effortless. I wasn't charged for the new unit or having to return the old one. The new unit i recieved works well and i have not had any issues.

The cooler doesn't get as cold as I want it too. But it's nice no leaks, no issues.

I had no problems with the Cosvalve Water Dispenser with mini fridge for the first 12 months. During the 13th month, however, the unit would no longer dispense hot water. I usually don't purchase an extended warranty but this time I had purchased the Asurion Warranty, so I was able to get the purchase amount refunded. Since the dispenser did not come with free shipping originally, I did not get a refund for the $40 shipping fee that I had to pay when I initially purchased the dispenser.

Had this water cooler for 4.5 years and the cold water cooling just died. We’ve pretty much always needed to completely remove the plastic cover from the top of each jug in order for the water to flow at all, which has been a wet, difficult experience each time, but it made it possible to fill a pitcher, mug, or large glass in almost a reasonable period of time. Otherwise, it’s been a good unit.

Great water dispenser for the price !!! Water heats up fast the only cons is cold water is not that cold like in other dispenser ( it's still consider cold) but for the price is still a good dispenser. Also there is a mini referigerator which can contain sodas and bottle water for our clinic. Easy to use and fill. I can have a cold glass of water or a hot cup of tea whenever I want. I love this dispenser!!!
