Frankincense Essential Oil 4 Ounce

I've purchased Valentia frankincense oil a few times. It always arrives without leakage. It seems to be a quality oil with a hint of a warm scent. I use it with jojoba oil and castor oil for my skin. It helps reduce significance of brown age spots. I also rub into my knees as it helps with inflammation and feels warming.

Frankincense is made from the resin of the Boswellia carterii or Boswellia sacra tree. The tree starts making the resin around the age of 8-10 years old. Frankincense has been used for thousands of years. Currently the top uses are to relieve chronic stress, anxiety, pain reduction, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity. I love the sharp tangy almost pine scent the oil give off, it almost instantly causes my muscles to relax and calm my heart rate, especial when I am feeling anxious, nervous or worried. The smell is nice and powerful but not overpowering. The oil is in a dark brown glass bottle which keeps the sun and light off the oil protecting the life of the oil. This only has a threaded cap and no dropper, I do wish it had a dropper.

A couple things worth noting is the simple yet beautiful packaging design and quality of the material. Also the care they take in customer service and satisfaction is remarkable. With that said the smell is a bit sweeter than I recall other Serrata to be. It smells much more like henna or star anise. Although I was told by the owner that certain batches of Serrata vary by climate. The bottle should also come with a dropper because once you tip it to dispense it it drips down the sides and spills all over. Wasting a good amount of the oil. Also the scent doesn't last very long.

I love this oil, Me and my wife used it for skin blemishes and old scars and it was amazing to us how much of a difference it made, I would recomend this oil to anyone for its healing affects and soothing feeling and great scent too.!!

I’d like to believe this is 100% pure. It does have a true frankinscense fragrance. I’m using it for so many different things. With a carrier oil and crushed lavender for a facial treatment. As a diffuser. In a body lotion. As a body oil. On my scarves ;) and so many other ways!! Frankinscense has so many healing qualities you should include this in your daily routine to keep colds and viruses away and just for the healing fragrance it provides

d'smells is warm, little sweet & not overpowering, feels happy every time wearing it. the price bit higher w/ same quality in the market but valentia having good customer service. deserve 5 stars 4cs. mine was broken when arrived & cs right away sent d'new one, intact. it is actually 4 stars if only the quality of the eo but they are useless if arrived broken, spilled. esp when shopping 4gift w/o time 2spare. 4me it is actually 3.5 stars in all experiences. it is tingling when applied 2skins, as if there is alcohol in them unlike frankincense fr nowfood, which is more expensive. this is cheaper & really work 4acnes & smells nice. rather than using tea tree oil, that smells like gasoline am using this as fragrance as well, perfume, whole days be happy & smells nice just dab it on wrist, underarm, neck, good2go. will buy again & will change the stars into 4 or 5 if my 2nd order arrived intact. keep up d'good work valentia (y) love u'

This oil comes in a bigger bottle, which is nice. I like to use it in my baths in combination with the lavendar oil and epsom salt for a relaxing experience. It's known to be a calming scent and it melds well with some other scents. The quality of this oil is wonderful, as well. It doesn't seem like it's watered down at all like some others I have purchased. The scent lasts a long time in my diffuser, as well.

I have fallen in love with this line, Valentia. The products are sourced with the highest integrity and beautifully packaged. Did you notice the price point? The oils are fantastic and not superficial in smell. I used Frankincense on my skin tag and after about six weeks the pesky little skin tag dried up and disappeared. I would buy one of every product! I have studied the founder's information page and I am so grateful she decided to create Valentia.
