Oypla24L 240V AC & 12V DC Coolbox Hot Cold Portable Electric Summer Cool Picnic Box

I took this box to a hotel for 5 days which had no fridge. Plugged it in and It kept beer, soft drinks, cold meats milk etc nice and cool. It worked even better with some ice packs added. I also took it in the car for a whole day and didn't bother plugging it in. The contents were still nice and cool. Very happy with this box considering it's price. I noticed a couple of negative reviews from others. I have no idea what they're whining about lol. Do they expect a FRIDGE for £44?? It's NOT a FRIDGE !! Also, there was no condensation in mine hardly, so I've no idea why someone else said there was a lot?? I also saw a comment about the wire getting in the way when you open the lid lol. You DON'T need to unplug it as that person claimed. The lid can be opened easily by just holding the wire a few inches away when you open it. No problem at all. Some people would just MOAN about anything. Ignore those whingers. This box is very good. It also seems well made and not fragile. It holds a lot and is not heavy when empty. All in all it's a very good box.

Ideal size, visually pleasing lovely colour. Fit in foot hold in back of vehicle lengthy power cable. Kept drinks and food cold. Value for money.Ensure you do not try open when handle is at the front of box. This instruction should be on the outside of box as the instructions were inside!

Kept all food cool enough in the car and in a hotel room for a week.

Bought this for a long car ride to our holiday destination. We needed it to keep the milk, some fresh food and some drinks cool for the journey and for when we arrived. It did the job. Obviously it’s not going to be as cold or as good as a proper fridge but it did the job we bought it for. We put it on overnight before we left in the morning so it was nice and cool to put the bits from the fridge in along with a couple of frozen ice packs and it kept everything cool enough for our 7-8 hour journey, which was in the summer heat. It was a definite improvement on a standard cool bag with some ice packs in it.

This is a excellent cooler box for days out it plugs in a 240 socket or cigarette light in the car so it can kept running when you are out.

Bought this so could plug it in the camper on the 12v . First of all it blew the fuse so had to put another fuse in at higher rating which worked ok.Last week pluged it into 240v to cool it down before setting off . Was ok for a bit then it blew the breaker. Still took it away and put some ice blocks in and a bag of ice Never stayed cold for long .So in my experience an absolute waste of money not safe and rubbish cool box .

We travel to lodges for breaks and like to bring some food with us, this is perfect to plug into the car with a few freezer blocks to keep meat cold. We would have had to box up the food anyway so it may as well travel in it's own fridge.

I used this cool box for 5 days while camping. There was a build up of water inside the unit after 2 days of use. The position of the power cord made it awkward when opening and closing. The cord had to be removed to unlock the box. The cooler made some noise but but nothing louder than a low speed fan. I'm a light sleeper and it didn't disturb my sleep. It's a good size overall and the divider was a great addition. Also comes with a power cord for the car so can keep things cool while you reach your destination. Relocation of the power source would of given this a 5* review.
