FYOUNG Keyboard Gaming Chatpad for Xbox 360 Controller Games

Great product. The usb dongle for the xbox itself is literally stuck in the back of the keyboard when it arrives which is bizarre as it serves no purpose there. Needs pulling out with small degree of force. Please make people understand this. I thought theyd forgotten to send it. Almost returned the order. Works perfectly with all apps. 5 stars.

Cheap & cheerful but does the job of letting you type into text boxes. This does not have Function keys and I don’t seem to be able to program or bind actions to various keys. But a relief for Xbox use instead of moving the cursor many times to type something. Be Aware the adaptor is hidden inside the back of the keyboard. It didn’t seem to fit. Then I found the usb adapter.

Works perfectly dont forget to take out usb port or won't go into controller.

Nice keyboard and fits into the controller very nicely. Not good however if you have large fingers as the keys are very small

First of all the reason I bought this was because I had the exact same one in white that was made by Microsoft for the 360 but this one is definitely nothing like the Xbox 360 why is that? - all my 3 USB ports on my series X were being used and so I’m limited on USB ports but found that this keyboard uses a receiver which of course takes up 1 of the 3 ports but the original one that this is copied off didn’t use a receiver. Also keypads do not light up in the dark so if you wanna reply to a message then you’re gonna have to get off your chair. turn on the lights, write out your message, turn off the light and sit back down and all this while trying not to die in the middle of a game. Ok during daylight but no good at night time when the lights are off and again the original one this keypad is designed off did light up in the dark. Keypad fit nicely onto controller . Keypad works fine apart from not lighting up..

for anyone wondering this works fine with the elite 2 controller

This is literally the worst keyboard I have ever used. Of course it’s never going to be “good” but this is beyond awful. The layout is TERRIBLE and doesn’t make sense (backspace key in the bottom left corner, for example, who does that?!) and the keys are a mushy pile of garbage. What’s worse, and why I am returning this terrible product, is that it flat out doesn’t register key presses about 30% of the time, despite having line of sight to the receiver. It just doesn’t work. Even typing a three word search or message in game is virtually impossible if you actually want it to be legible. You have to search for the key by sight (due to the awful layout) press it, look at the screen, see it has not appeared, press it again, check again, it might appear, but maybe press it a third time for it to appear, then move onto the next character. One at a time. Awful product. Don’t bother. Just get a headset if you really need in game communication as this terrible product is not the solution.

This is an add-on for the x-box controller and it simply connects to it via pushing it in to place, but please first remove the small USB IR adapter that plugs into the xbox unlike me who for about 10mins thought I'd got the wrong one 😂 it works really well and makes it easier to type out rather than trying to move a cursor over the letters on the storefront.

Worked great, still works over 3 years later

Pro and cons : Pro : it feels amazing lightweight. No set up needed put the little USB in the back and it will start working automatically. — Cons : it only fits the original layout our size of the Xbox controller. It does not fit GAMESIR because the headphone jack is in the center so it will not fit at all

I purchased this product so I could easily communicate with friends when playing MMOs on a controller. It's much better than most virtual keyboards that many games come with, and it feels great to build up the muscle-memory on where the buttons are located and how to type efficiently. I've used this keyboard for a long time and throughout extensive gaming sessions, and it has never failed me!

si funciona, es bastante cómodo
