I bought it to prevent the bending of CPU PCB and better contact of the cooler with the IHS! The temperatures have mostly been unaffected by it!

Received exactly what I ordered, Thermalright's AM5 frame, in it oroginal packaging. Frame is made of aluminium, as expected. Additionally, has 4 screws, allen key for the screws, a tube of thermal paste and documentation.
