I use this product (Biotin) to complement my diet particularly the B vitamins and minerals (B7). Its less than 3 months since I started taking this product so I'm not sure if it is helping to balance my diet yet. However I have had no negative effects from taking it. I will continue to take it for 3 full months and then review it to see whether or not to does what it says on the bottle.
