These are the best potty pads I have found. They are absorbent and the charcoal neutralizes odors well. I use find the 28 x 34" perfect for my 20 lb dog. She never misses the pad like she did with the smaller size.

These pads are worth the $$! Very absorbent, no odor! Highly recommend!

We like the overall quality and value of these disposable "Puppy Pee Pads" surface protector. They are durable, they are made well, they are larger and thicker than competitor products, they are less expensive than most other similar products, and they DO protect floors and surfaces except when the urine runs off the pad. The top layer of the pad is not very absorbent; the urine tends to "pool" on and/or "leak" off the pad rather than absorb into the pad, and on more than one occasion when a large amount of urine was present, the urine ran off the pad.

I decide the smell of dog pee was no longer tolerable in my home. No matter how quickly I picked up an accident, did the “waking Febreze” tour, or tried the enzymatic carpet shampoo — the smell was ever-present. The compromise; pee pads. I tried ALL kinds in all sizes. Then I got a listing for carbon pet pads. I have a carbon filter on my air filter and one in my water filter. So I thought maybe these carbon pet pads could actually help my situation. Until I get a pet door installed, there will be pee. How I manage it is up to me. I was surprised that these Amazon pee pads were thick, but not so much that it’s annoying. They seem to “suck” up the lees quickly. I have a “copy cat” second dog who pees over the other dogs pee. This can get messy of the pee of the first dog isn’t dry, and I’ll then have to wash the second dog’s feet. But with these carbon pads, the pees is drawn to s bottom layer and is nearly invisible. Two dogs can pee multiple times on one XL large pad. In the evening, I sometimes lock my bedroom door. Now I just overlap two pads and they sometimes last two nights. No more rug accidents in my bedroom, which is a relief. And the smell is no longer an issue. Even my Dyson air purifier is reading “good air quality” now that I use these carbon pet pads. I also love that the edges are thick and I have yet to experience and “overspill.” My favorite non-carbon pads are Wee Wee Gigantic size wee wee pads. If you look at the second image, you can see how one pee on a gigantic wee wee pad is completely visible, while the carbon pad hides multiple pees well since they are “drawn” in to a deeper level. The wee wee is great quality, but it can’t compete with the Amazon carbon pad. The amazon pad has a nice wide edge, whereas the wee wee pad only gives you and inch (see blue plastic) which sometime sticks under the pads. The Amazon plastic edges don’t stick and are wider so they help prevent spills on to the carpet. The XL size are a dream. If they made gigantic size, I’d be even happier. I can’t recommend these enough. I have two beagles who drink lots of water and love to pee. No leaks with these carbon pads, even when hauling them to the trash. I’m actually giddy that I finally found the pads that work for my two beloved fur babies. It only takes took a day for them to transition from regular pee pads to these carbon ones. Use both during the transition and the dog will get the hint.

I especially love the charcoal layer—it really does eliminate odors, so no more nose-wrinkling surprises when I walk past. I absolutely love these puppy pads! They are absorbent and for some reasons my fur babies seem to really like these. I have been using this product for about a year and would definitely recommend!

I liked that it was a good size, not too small. It's great for solids but not for liquids like urine or runny stools, it will keep running. It does not let the liquids wet the floor underneath, however... When you go to pick it up it spills out. Might as well be a plastic bag on the floor, one needs to sop up the urine before lifting the pad, so I am going to use a roll of paper towels a week, in addition to the several puppy pads until she's fully trained. There are more absorbent pads out there, IMHO>

These XL puppy pads do a great job at absorbing and controlling odor — no lingering smell, even after a long day. I also like that they’re gray instead of bright white, since they blend in better with my floors and look cleaner overall. The only downside is that because they’re gray, it can be hard to tell when your dog has already used one, especially under certain lighting. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, they’re sturdy, don’t leak, and definitely help keep things fresh. I’ll keep buying them!

I read so many reviews before I purchased this product. The size is great! I had to put 3 small ones before to equal the size of this product. It is super absorbant if you put it on the good side. Once you remove the pad, you may still have some pee to clean up. I cannot smell pee at all so it does mask to odor very well.
