HTH 42052W, Pool Care 3" Chlorine Tabs Advanced, 5 lbs

I primarily use these chlorine tablets during the winter months when my pool water temperature drops too low for my salt cell to generate chlorine. Once the water gets cold, my salt system stops producing chlorine, so I switch to using these tablets to maintain sanitation through the winter. I typically place one or two tablets in the skimmer basket and allow them to dissolve slowly. They work well for maintaining chlorine levels without needing to constantly add liquid chlorine. One thing I like is that the tablets come individually wrapped, which helps keep moisture out and makes them easy to store between seasons. Since I only use them during the colder months, one bucket lasts me several winter seasons. Pros: • slow dissolving tablets • individually wrapped for easy storage • good backup for saltwater pools in winter Cons: • tablets should be stored in a cool dry place If you have a saltwater pool, these are a great option to keep on hand for winter when the salt system shuts down.

This product works better than the ones my pool store sells.

Perfect for controlling pool water systems. Drop into pool floaters and forget it. Great value. Easy to handle.

I like the HTH brand and feel that their products are slightly less expensive then other brands and do the same thing. I also like the fact that they don't wrap each tablet in an individual plastic wrapper. They dissolve easily and do the job

HTH has great products, but open the bags with scissors. If you rip them open be prepared to inhale chlorine dust when it flys out.

The tablets come wrapped, I found with my pool 12x24 sport pool one tablet is sufficient for quite a few days and it helps the algae, will purchase again next Summer!

Last a week in my pool. Keeps it nice and clean. These will be my go to

These are the best compared to clorox tabs. DO NOT BUY THE CHEAPER OPTIONS. I strayed once this year and my pool paid the price. These also go on sale at costco $100 a bucket- keep an eye out! Highly recommend. Haven’t added liquid chlorine in weeks- my levels are perfect!
