MAIWO mSATA SSD Enclosure Reader, USB 3.0 5Gbps Adapter, Aluminium Case

Worked great delivery was fast. Case is metal so very sturdy

I can't speak to the electronics or speed - that isn't an issue for me - but the build quality of this case is impressive and the circuit board did what I needed. Some other reviews appear to be for different products. This is for the MAIWO mSATA SSD to USB 3.0 Adapter Enclosure for 30x30mm 51x30mm Mini SATA Drive. No cables, no thermal pads, just a circuit board to plug an mSATA SSD into a USB port, an awesome heavy duty black metal case and a little hardware. The mSATA drive snaps securely into the circuit board. Also include are screws and posts to hold a short 30 x 30 mm drive to the board, and an end plate for the case with tiny screws. Only two of each hardware are needed, but these little things are easy to drop so Maiwo includes three of each! Also a nice Phillips driver for the tiny screws.

No issues works like a charm had no issues with speed not heating connects easy. Made the transfer job way easier

I took out the drive from an old laptop to give my kids more storage on their Xbox. Works flawlessly

Laptop died recently and needed a way to retrieve the contents off the old drive. There did not seem to be many options for mSATA SSD enclosures so I am grateful this one has worked fine and done it's job well. It's also reasonably priced which is nice. My only gripe is that it is wide and takes up a bit of space when plugged into my laptop via USB. Overall though very pleased with the purchase.

I build and tinker with computers a lot. I was not expecting a lot when I purchased this product - I just needed an MSATA to USB adapter that didn't require a cable since I had nothing lying around that would take a MSATA drive. When this arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and attention to detail in ensuring the end-user had a positive experience. Unlike many Amazon products from manufacturer names you can't recognize, this product came with not only a full user guide in multiple languages (admittedly there was some broken English and certain instructions were not entirely understandable unless you already had an idea of what you were doing, but nothing major), but also spares for every screw and standoff needed to assemble the product with your given MSATA drive AND AN ACTUAL MAGNETIC-TIPPED PC REPAIR SCREWDRIVER SO THAT YOU WOULDN'T NEED YOUR OWN TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION! It was the inclusion of this screwdriver that I knew these guys meant business - I had been meaning to get such a screwdriver for a long time for tiny PC part screws and had no idea one would be included in this product, which is just an amazing quality-of-life touch. 5 star product for a 5 star price - would buy again if I had a need for another, and will definitely look at this brand's products in the future.

Led activity light is next to USB plug... Duh

Sturdy quality, a bit heavy for what it is but still good. A bit thick and might not work for some devices as it needs quite a bit of space to fit and reach in when plugged in.

Excellent build quality. Basic but does what it needs to do, plugged it in and it worked.

This item met all expectations. Even supplied a screwdriver to aid in the installation of the mSATA card. Item works well but I do wonder how long the usb plug with survive as the cap fits very tightly and constant wiggling to remove it may damage the integrity of the plug and its connections to the board. Generally.. good.

Comme disque externe sur un vieux imac 2013, qui naccepte plus aucun hd, de model ou marque varie, le system instale... malgre les port usb 2.0 il est souple et parfaitment fonctionel, belle surprise mercie
