It was fine

As a U of Washington alumni, I wanted a large flag to show my pride to the Washington Huskies. This flag at 3' x 5' is a pretty good size. I can see that I can put it up on my wall, or raise it on a flagpole.The brass grommet for a flagpole looks pretty sturdy and the stitching all around seems good. The hard part is figuring out where I want to display it - maybe on my wall!Coming out of the packaging, the flag does show some crease lines so ideally it needs to be ironed to have it smoothed out. The material is somewhat sheer and see-through, but should be strong enough to withstand waving on a flagpole. The 'W' logo is clear and stands out with the color contrast. Even though you can see the logo on both sides of the flag, the reverse side is mirrored so it's not perfect.It's nice that this company is officially licensing the product. Of course the licensing increases the cost of the flag but it's still a reasonable value because of the size of the flag.Recommended for U of Washington fans!

This University of Washington Flag truly adds to its surroundings and improves the look for any room or backyard. I am really impressed with the material/texture and think it adds a very professional feel that shows it is the real deal. This flag is very large and will help cover a large portion of a wall, which I feel only adds to the effect. I can certainly see this flag adding to a man cave or sports area, turning a normal football or basketball game watched on tv into a much more themed event by having the flag on display at home. Overall I really enjoy this flag and would definitely recommend it for any area you may think of putting it.

The good:-color and logo are true to the school-grommeted eyelets for clipsNot great:-super thin fabric is quite see through and fees cheap-quality of stitching and grommet placement is not greatNot a bad option for showing school pride on game days and tailgating. I wouldn’t leave it on a flag pole for long periods of time or try to mount it to a truck while driving

This is a well made flag to show your school spirit. The flag is made from a lightweight polyester fabric and is slightly sheer. The fabric should be very durable and colorfast (unlike cotton) so it can be used outside. It has a white band on the side with grommets at the top and bottom for use with a flag pole. Seams are well finished. Colors are right. This is great gift for all the UW students and grads.

This flag has a quality issue with the printing. The ink from the purple has bled into the W. It does not look good. Even without the quality issue, the material on the flag is very thin and almost see-through. This flag is really best in an indoor setting. I would use it outside only temporarily. I review a lot of flags and this one is expensive for the quality.
