The ultimate calcium supplement
This was recommended to me by a cousin who was able to improve her bone density enough that her physician was seriously amazed at her results. I have used this for a few years & I feel it works phenomenally well. I recommend this to my mom, she started using it over 15 months ago, her recent bone scan was incredible! According to research, this for of calcium is very highly beneficial versus other types. Will continue to take this for my lifetime, as it gives real results with no adverse effects.

Hoping it will help
I am hoping this calcium will help with bone loss in bones and teeth. So far my nails are growing well. I have not done any bone scan yet. Teeth don't look good.

Excellent Calcium
My sister recommended this particular brand and type of Calcium. She had osteopenia and totally reversed it with this product, taking 1000-2000 mg per day. This was documented by her doctor through bone density tests. I also have the beginnings of osteoporosis and thought I'd try it. After going through one bottle of 250 capsules, I noticed that my usually paper-thin fingernails were strong and not breaking off, like usual! I've tried other supplements for my nails, and none have ever had this result! I had some kind of nodule on the inside of my wrist. It is gone! I can only imagine that it is also strengthening my bones since I've had such other noticeable results! I'm totally sold on this product and will continue to take it as long as it is available, as well as recommend it to everyone I know whom this might help. The individual caplets are 500 mg, so it takes 4 per day to get 2000 mg. I've have only been taking 2 per day, so have seen the results I mentioned on 1000 mg per day. I plan to increase to the 2000 mg per day, as that is the dosage the doctor recommended to my sister for improving the strength of her bones. The amount might vary per person.
