Gentle with a very light and non descriptive taste when mixed with water to the levels stated. The mild flavour is a major bonus in my book as others I have tried have been excessively odd. Good value for money and seems like it will last a while. No explosive or violent effects, slight increase in urination so seems to confirm to the expected efficacy. Pretty easy to mix up unless you don’t have a measuring jug of course. Very happy with this product and would recommend.

Easy to use and after 16 days you know it has done the trick. Not harsh,no sudden toilet trips. Infact the first week was normal. The second week, Houston we have lift off. Nice product.

The taste is not that bad at all. It has an aftertaste, but after a day or two, you won't notice it. But it's fine to drink for all the health benefits. The ingredients look promising. I can't really feel any difference, but I hope it makes the inner body clean.

Taken daily and expected more coming out as such but didn't. No increased urination or defecation. Great feedback and advise from seller though

This is an excellent detox, especially if you are carrying a lot of fluids or have an inflammatory swelling. You will definitely notice an increase in urination frequency in the first 2 hours after taking as excess fluids are expelled. This is why I would suggest taking no later than early evening. If taken before bed.....you will either be up and down a lot or laying in a 'paddling pool'! Personally I take it before midday.There was a massive increase in well-being, a reduction of inflammations and everything basically started to work better over-all.
