Lovely
This Wood Effect Bath Panel is a fantastic upgrade that has completely transformed the look and feel of my bathroom! I was looking for something to replace a flimsy white panel, and this exceeded all expectations. The aesthetic appeal is incredible. The wood-effect finishis so realistic, adding a beautiful, warm, and sophisticated touch that makes the bathroom feel more inviting. It instantly elevated the whole space, turning the side of the tub into a stylish focal point. Beyond looks, the quality is superb. It is crafted from a sturdy, hardwearing material (like MDF) that is far superior to cheap acrylic panels. Once installed, it is solid and does not flex or bow, which gives the bath a much more premium, quality feel. It's also designed to be moisture-resistant, providing the essential protection needed for a humid bathroom environment. Installation was straightforward, as the panel was easy to cut to size for a perfect, seamless fit. For a beautiful, durable, and stylish finish that offers incredible value, I highly recommend this wood effect bath panel! It truly finished the whole suite off a treat."

Good overall, but be careful
Overall it's a solid item (two items that is - the side and the plinth), dense and heavy. But it will have to be cut to size, and you'll need proper tools to do this because it's plastic-coated - mark out using a Stanley then use a hand-held circular saw or similar. You'll also need clamps because the surface is slippy and it'll move around. Then seal the cut edges otherwise they'll absorb water and split. I used PVA bond. Be aware too that when you screw the plinth to the side (the screws needed to be 2mm longer) you'll have to drill shallow holes first with a slim drill-bit in both pieces, otherwise the screw won't easily penetrate the second piece of wood on account of the plastic coating, and it will force the two pieces of wood apart as you insert the screw and split the surfaces. I tested and measured the height using the cut-offs from the plinth and the side. In my case, the installation also involved cutting non-load bearing portions from the metal bath supports, otherwise the side and plinth (combined thickness 36mm at the bottom) wouldn't fit. Also, cutting out a portion of the side and shortening the plinth to accommodate boxed-off water pipes, installing with a adhesive padded plastic strip along the bottom to account for the rough concrete surface beyond the tile lip of the floor, cutting the tiles to a dead-straight line as the bath side was position right above the edge of the tiled floor, and other annoying stuff. With it being an alcove-fitted bath I also had to buy two suction cups to lift and position the side in place. As a non-DIY'er, it took me about 8 hours to fit. Still, it looks good and seems solid, with no movement or gaps.

Looks great!
Perfect for our needs. Looks great in our bathroom. We used a jigsaw to trim which caused a few small chips along the edge but they are not noticeable the way we have installed the panel, handheld circular saw may be better and reduce any chips in the finish. If in doubt consult a professional

Wouldn't recommend.
Nice enough product but swells up easily with water contact, looking for a replacement already.

Easy to fit and looks ok
Comes with silver screws that arnt long enough to go through the wood. Needs longer screws and some coloured screw caps Quiet expensive for 2 planks of wood but is easy to cut and does look pretty good
