Superb olive oil from Italy. One of the very best I've tasted.If only it wasn't so expensive but it's worth it.Unfortunately, it's become increasingly difficult to find.Fabulous on salads, bread, bruschetta, etc.Fantastic for making great sauces.

Is it normal for this Olive oil to taste peppery ? Yes I guess it is And actually burn your throat.I do apologize I do have a sore throat I just realized but the olive oil does taste peppery but I read everything and that's how it's supposed to taste I guess so I'll give you a five-star

I have been using this olive oil for a long time. I first bought it at an Italian store in New York City. It is so flavorful and its perfect for all of my cooking needs. I highly recommend this olive oil!

I do not use this oil to cook with, but rather a finishing oil as the taste is quite ruity. I am very pleased with its performance for salads and pasta. I would recommend the product.

Quality is great..lovely taste

First it was double wrapped and arrived safely, even though the a the box was a bit deshelved. On the negative side, there was no dates so you don't know how old it is. Also in the description it says rich polyphenols but it doesn't say on the the bottle .

Drinking for my stomach

My absolute favorite for cooking and/or salad dressing. Please Amazon pack with protective bubble when shipping. First order the can was so deeply dented it had to be discarded. The second shipment came dented as well but not as deeply so it's usable. Both orders were shipped with NO packing protection.
