These wireless earbuds deliver solid sound quality for the price, with clear voice transmission during calls and good overall audio performance. Battery life is a strong point, with 10–12 hours of use on a single charge. I find them comfortable and stable during workouts and a good value for money compared to higher-priced options.That said, experiences with durability and long-term performance are mixed. I used this for over a year, and over time, I have experienced earpiece failure or breakage after a few months.

I listen to books everyday as I go about my day. These headphones are phenomenal. I have never run out of a charge while listening. I’m talking 10 hours of almost continuous listening. They are comfortable with clear sound. The noise cancelling version works surprisingly well for ear buds and I use them at the gym as well to block out other music. They also have a good range of connectivity when you put your phone down and walk away. I have two pairs of these and I hope they keep making these as they’re my favorite!

Great price and they work really great. The battery length is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is I haven’t figured outnhow to tell how much battery life is left so I know when to recharge. I have fallen asleep listening to an audio book several times and the battery just keeps going. Good sound and comfortable too. Very portable.Functionality:i wanted something reasonably priced that fit around my neck so that if i fall asleep while listening to something in bed, I would be able to find them in the morning. I have lost earbuds that way.

First time purchasing the RY-WH02 on March 11th 2025. Great battery life, sound and no issues with any connections. I used them everyday for about 4 hours outside during cardio. I was satisfied with my purchase at first but just during the last week of July the left side stopped working from shorting out on me. I'm disappointed that I didn't get aleast 8+ months out of them like similar ones I've had for a lesser price point. Thought paying a little bit more would get a better product but as of now, NO. Hopefully I can get it resolved with a replacement somehow.UPDATE 8/14/25: I EMAILED SUPPORT AND THEY WERE GREAT WITH GETTING BACK TO ME AND GETTING ME A REPLACEMENT PAIR WITHIN 4-5 DAYS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. SO FOR THAT REASON, I'M GUNNA GO FROM 2 STARS TO 4. HOPEFULLY THE NEW ONES LAST LONGER.

These lasted me about a year and a half of everyday use and heavy abuse. One of the ear started shorting out due to it getting yanked on several times over it's life. I have been pretty impressed with these compared to other more expensive models. Sound quality is pretty good. Volume level is more than sufficient. They also work pretty well as ear plugs, in loud working environments. Battery lasts all day, with continual use.

These headphones have a lot of positives, but the last pair lasted only 5 months and then started losing sound randomly one bud at a time for a few seconds, rendering them unusable.However, I replaced them with the same model because I liked them so much (let's see how long this one lasts).Positives:- Easy to connect and reconnect, and doesn't drop the connection unless turned off or significantly out of range (resumes the connection flawlessly once brought back into range).- Holds the charge. I use them heavily, sometimes for over 12 hours of continuous listening, so that is important- Good sound (while it lasts) and good volume range (I rarely need to turn them up to more than 25%)- The buds are comfortable, fit well, and stay in even during exercise- The neck bend is comfortable for long hours of wearCons:- Durability leaves much to be desired. I was hoping they'd last at least a year, given that they are not the cheapest option out there. And my use of them is frequent, but gentle (they weren't subjected to falls/drops, tugs/stretches, severe bends, heavy objects placed on top of them, etc.)

I now own 2 neckband headphones and they are the best I’ve had and i have tired many brands and styles. Great sound quality, phone connection sound, and they stay around my neck which most others keep sliding off. I also love they are small enough for my extra small ear canals.

I can’t even give them stars I’ve ordered atleast 5 of these and the first couple were great. After that they have horrible quality. The last pair I bought literally quit working the first day. And the pair before that I returned with a label they had dropped off and they refunded my money sent me an email telling me I returned the item. Then a month later they recharge my credit card telling me I didn’t return the item. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone with Amazon customer service. DO NOT BUY THESE!
