T1D purpose: Best way to loosen & remove the adhesive that is used to apply a Dexcom G6 CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor), especially since Dexcom changed it adhesive formula over a year ago. My Type 1 Diabetic son has sensitive skin to adhesives and before using these adhesive removers the adhesive would rip off his skin as well. Those wounds take weeks to heal not to mention the pain he felt when he removed the CGMs that are attached to the adhesive. In addition, we still use Lanolin in the purple tube found in baby care departments. Together these products have drastically improved my son's skin healing recovery time. We also use Smith and Nephew's "Skin Prep" wipes in the application of the CGM to help hold the CGM on for the full 10 days then use remover wipes to remove ALL the adhesive.

Q: Can this product be used safely on the face?

I would not as it is used to remove adhesive & may be too strong for delicate skin.

Q: Do you know any difference between this wipes(402300) versus the same brand wipes labeled as 403100

402300 is the Uni-Solve Remover Wipes ... 403100 is manufactured by the same company: Smith & Nephew, it is simply called 'Remove' ... But it has Aloe as an ingredient. Both of these products seem to do an excellent job of removing adhesive residue ... I am not aware of an 'differences' in how they work, Etc.
