Great microscope for the family. Love the easy start instructions! I like the small foot print (11x4x6) as it saves desktop space. I can view just about everything I want to investigate such as plant bugs, eggs, mites, etc. the multi color light wheel is a great tool for different backgrounds. It is so easy to use, just need to READ the directions! Our family loves it.

This was a gift that ignited a young scientific mind to explore nature and begin to ask the questions that further induce more questions ! The quality was good and accessories included were good. I purchased extra slides. It was perfect.

This microscope was great value for the price in my opinion. I’m very happy with the top and bottom lighting. It’s easy to use, to focus, and teach to kids. Even my sullen teen was interested and engaged. It gets the job done and was fun and simple, what more can you ask for? My complaints are not big. One is the length of the power cord - pretty short if you’re not in a lab with outlets set into the table. The microscope must be used on a flat surface but you can barely reach the wall from the table with this. Also? It contained blank slides but no slide covers which is insane to me. I kept checking the box repeatedly thinking I’d missed something. I do believe the kit should have included slide covers and maybe a scalpel & some tweezers. For a few dollars more it could save the buyer the time and cost of having to go and buy a slide prep kit. From the description it seemed these things would be included. Comments even mention color filters being included which … well I didn’t get those. Maybe this was a return but truthfully it seems anything you get from Amazon these days is missing something. So yes buyers take note of those things but I still recommend the microscope.

This is a Toy! At best this could be considered a toy microscope, that being said even by toy standards this would be an unacceptable disappointment of a product. the quality is so low that any child trying to learn with this would be both frustrated and disappointed. I am very familiar with microscopes having owned 3 during my childhood, as well as having used them extensively in my 3 years of biology in school (bio 1 through bio 3, not repeated classes) so where do i begin, the eye pieces just sit in the eye piece tube with no resistance, if you have ever heard the term hotdog down a hallway, yeah that.. so there is no fine adjustment there which makes one of the eye pieces useless because its supposed to be adjustable. it is supposed to have 2 lights, the base light did not function and the top light is so poorly placed that it is impeded by the objective lens and can only be effective using the smallest objective lens 4x. Also there is no fine adjustment knob so you will never get a clear focus on the image thus defeating the use case of the phone attachment, because again.. hotdog down a hallway tolerance between eye piece and eye piece tube. It comes with slides, but since i'm being honest here the blank slides are plastic and unusable, and i'm almost 100% certain all the prepared slides are not true specimen, as the one labeled fly leg is most likely from a flea, the onion skin is dyed for contrast but is also held on by a piece of tape, so you don't have a good image because of the bubbles trapped under the tape. THE ONLY ACCURATE REVIEW OF THIS PRODUCT WAS BY Ray King 1 star review, i should have read the reviews before purchasing, but now because i didn't read first i'm here writing this 1 star review. This product is sub par, so much so that it is unfit for adults, or students, and the only use case i can validate would be as a prop for a play or low budget film.

I mean if you want something that looks like a microscope and view things closer you can buy this, but as someone with experience with actual light microscopes this microscope is kinda lame and lacking. The pieces are confusing. Wish it had a finer focusing knob and a movable viewing platform to locate the specimen easier. I am using it just to practice working with slides and viewing specimens under a microscope which this does okay but wish it was a little better/higher quality but for price what can you expect.

It’s very good quality for the cost! Everything functions as it should and gives a good clear image.

It was easy to setup and use. Images are perfectly clear. US seller included an Australian power adapter without being asked.

It helped me, so great cheap surprising yeah it has came with its own problems like the light it has been decreasing by time through the eyepiece, and bluury, overall it’s great but it’s not 2000-1000 but 400 Yeah it is magnification high but the common use is 10xwf and by that if it increases doesn’t mean more magnification just more zoom into the image. Bc the objective lens(40x) is the one that magnifies, eyepieces zooms, so I hope they were clear about if if u wish for 1000 which’s the limit for light microscope buy 100x oil objective lens, make sure you buy 10x/25(or more) eyepiece without wide field it hurts eyes and makes it harder not so much of a view, plus make sure you follow the instrcutions they’re right the eyepieces and the inner lens of tube got damaged by being not covered and used without cloves and not cleaning consistaly, this is beginner microscope student or kids, just if you have experience don’t, if don’t it’s a great start

Kids love this new equipment so much, and even for us. We have not experienced the tiny world so clearly and colorful. With the phone holder, we can see everything together. Really solid quality and easy operate. It is a bit expensive than normal toy for kids but it is worth to have it until high school class. It would perfect if it has rechargeable batteries, then we can bring it to camp.

Excelente producto. La pantalla de 7 pulgadas te permite ver cada detalle, además que incluya memoria de 32 GB es un Plus muy bueno por que te ayuda a pasar los archivos a la PC. La iluminación es muy buena, y los ángulos en los que se puede mover también ayudan mucho. Algo muy importante es que puedes llevartelo a donde quieras por que incluye bateria recargable u puedes ver lo que encuentres en el campo

1. Comes with the wrong power supply as it is not useable in Australia. 2. No instructions to set up for mobile phone 3. The manual that came with it is 100% useless 4. The manual does not explain what the items are or how to use them. Apart from the above it looks great as I brought it to see what it was like as I would like to get a much better one.
