Without a doubt the best back brace I've ever used. It aleviates a lot of my symptoms from my herniated discs in L4- L5- S1. I've used it during a long car ride (15+ hrs) and I don't think I would have been able to make it without the brace. I really like the additional foam insert. It provides good lumbar pressure. I'm 5' 11", 230lbs, with a 36' waist and the Medium fits perfectly.

Excellent quality and support. I had 3 bulging disks and 1 herniated one. Could not sit and barely move. This brace has been a lifesaver. Gives support to core while healing and is comfortable to wear during work. Would definitely recommend. Size was perfect, velcro stays in place. I appreciated the extra pad for extension, now it fits my husband too

The brace fits true to size and is of reasonable quality. The support is sturdy yet flexible, and its adjustable straps allow you to customize the level of tension and compression, with the Velcro holding securely. It’s comfortable under clothing, not overly bulky, and it stayed in place without rolling—an issue some other braces are reported to have. There was no skin irritation, and the breathable material kept it from feeling too warm during wear. Unfortunately, it did not reduce back pain for the wearer; it simply made them more aware of the painful area, so it was returned. Nevertheless, the construction was reported to hold the lumbar region secure, which may help prevent further strain or injury.

Works well in providing pain relief. I have DDD and was using a copperfit brace. This is covers more area of the spine vertically and provides more support. One thing I would point out is size. I am a 36 inch waist so I ordered a medium based on their size chart. This barely fits. Lucky they include an extender piece to increase the length otherwise it wouldn't be comfortable with the lumbar support attached.

I don't usually write in depth reviews but - if you're reading this review, this brace is for you! I got a compression fracture in my L2. Went to a doctor for a brace and it was $612. Before I left the parking lot, I ordered this brace. This product is $560 cheaper than the doctor's office brace. This fits better than the more expensive brace. This supports better than the more expensive brace. It fits nicely and doesn't prevent mobility or dexterity while providing the support and relief desired. This brace is even more lightweight than the one offered by the doctors office. Seems like a great quality product that will last well through the needs I will have for it!

My husband has bulging disks and degenerative bones in his lower back. He says this is working great! He can now lay down in bed and not hurt after working all day in the shop. It provides the support he needs!

It's okay but it does stretch out after a while, maybe buy a size smaller than you would normally? Performance wise it seems fine for light to medium tasks, for which it was likely designed . I just wish it was a bit tighter. I use it fairly often, so far the velcro has held up. It's not bulky and you can wear it under a sweatshirt.
