Cool product. Works as advertised. You can make the pads last along time if you buy some electrode “conductive adhesive gel” like they use for ekg electrode. I like the different settings. I use it every morning. Not supposed to but I do it with my morning coffee. You can get a lot of uses between charges.

I have been using ab stimulators for almost 6 months now, and this one works as expected. I use a belt I already had to help keep it in place. So far, it does what I need it to do. I feel like it helps me work on toning my abs. I like that I can use it while moving around. The material feels strong and durable. The one-size design should fit most people looking for an ab stimulator. It’s easy to use at home or on the go.

Saying that I feel like I just threw my money away is an understatement. I could not be more frustrated with this product. I’m a 40-year-old female, 5’2" tall, and about 117 pounds, wearing a size XS in most clothing. I work out at least four days per week and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The reason I purchased this item was that, at the age of 40, I have noticed that my arms and belly are accumulating more weight, and it’s harder to work on those areas. I bought this, hoping to have a booster in my routine. Well, the item arrived, and I was super excited to try it on. The "glue pad" is worthless; it doesn't stick at all! Literally, it won’t stay in place for a second. I’m thinking that to be able to use this, I will have to put an elastic sleeve and a belt or something like that to keep them in place because they definitely won't stick to your skin otherwise. Second, the instructions: The arm and belly item include a pamphlet that only mentions who should not use this item and safety precautions in terms of not being waterproof, etc. However, there is no guidance or information about the item itself and how to use it. For example, what does each mode do? I’m assuming that if there are six different modes, each one of them should have a purpose, or do the six modes function identically? The levels as well – there is no guidance on what level we should use, depending on the intended use. Literally, this is an item that, assuming you can make it work (i.e., keep it stuck to your skin and on), you probably will have to use it guessing what you are doing because there are no instructions whatsoever. Third, and most importantly, this thing doesn’t stay on! I tried to test it just out of the box, and I could turn it "on," which means the lights on the screen came on, but that was it! The item gave me a slight electrical shock, then the screen turned off, and nothing else happened. It’s definitely very frustrating spending money on something, waiting for it to arrive, and then encountering these issues. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone, and I’m returning this product.

Needs to come with a spray bottle instructions are not very complete. Much more sketchy in actual use, I don't trust it. Quality is good, it seems to work I guess. Need a spray bottle. Does not want to stay attached to skin a belt type abb stimulator would probably work better.

Good stimulator. More adhesives need to be bought as eventually they wear out. Fit was fine but this works better for a smaller person. Material was fine and very durable. Compact. Not much to adjust . Would buy one again if needed but this is a good product.

I have used ab stimulators for many years! This product was received and works as expected! I use a band that I already had to help secure it on to my body. I went ahead and ordered some new pads for it the same day I purchased this. So far, it has meet my needs. I feel that by using this, I am doing everything I can to firm up my abs. I love the mobility factor! Material seems sturdy. This one size should be okay for most people who are looking for an ab product! It is great to use at home or anywhere.
