I’m Remembering Better
This is purely anecdotal, but I’ve been taking these for 3 months and have found my recall is much better and I do my puzzles faster. They are large, but my husband, who has a strong gag reflex, still finds he can swallow them because they have a slippery capsule (we swish them around our mouths for a couple seconds to help activate the slipperiness). I’m not claiming health benefits, I can just tell you I feel the effectiveness for myself. Of course, I don’t know if it actually contains the strength the label states, but it’s a good value for the money and I’m going to keep taking them.

Nice Supplement
I’ve been taking a few days now and I feel as though it is helping with memory recall. As we age memory fades. This is a great supplement to help retain memory as well as the other added benefits. The capsules are large, but I’ve had no trouble taking them. I would recommend.

These are quite large, and the service size is 4 pills. It can be a lot in combination with all the other pre-natals if you are taking this due to being pregnant. But, it doesnt upset the stomach so that is good.

Good product inside, but the capsules need better quality control
While the product's potency meets my expectations, approximately half the bottles I received contained capsules coated in a greasy film. Needless to say, this makes them ill-suited for use in pillboxes.

A gooey mess
I took a chance and purchased this brand of phosphatidyl choline since the brand I preferred and had good luck with in the past was out of stock. Unfortunately, the capsules arrived a gooey mess because one or more of them must have burst in the bottle. I still took the capsules that were remaining as I did not want to waste them or go through the hassle of returning them, or asking for a replacement to just have the same situation occur again. I don’t think I’ll order this particular brand again due to the mess. I’m finding that this supplement in particular is difficult to find and receive in good condition due to the nature of the capsule I guess.
