Pretty much perfect!
This figure is pretty amazing for the price absolutely worth the money. I really thought the paint wasn't gonna look as shiny and metallic in person but its was actually very true to the product pictures. My only gripe is the left arm On the one I received doesn't fully go down on the shoulder joint but that might just need some force not sure yet I just got it. But over all its Articulation is great. I really love how the eyes peek just out of the mask you can really see them makes this figure even better.

Mark One-hundo!
Edit 8/13: I felt that my initial review was a bit unfair to rate the product as I had, despite the situation, so here's an update: Mark I is definitely my favorite design of all the suits Tony Stark donned. After an unsuccessful purchase (see original review) I was able to track him down and bring him home. He is a ton of fun to pose despite his almost basic appearance. It's fairly true to the suit design in the comic with some decent though slightly limited articulation (he can get close to the pose from the #39 cover). I would have appreciated the inclusion of two additional portraits ... maybe one in homage to the old Toybiz figure sporting the half masked head and also a fully unmasked head. To me, including a little more would have really justified this higher price point. We got a new Black Widow loaded with accessories with 3 total portraits (albeit accessories were all reuse). Stark Industries only supplied our boy with an extra set of hands and the typical flames and smoke trails. All in all, I appreciate finally getting this guy to go along with the rest of my collection. Jack Kirby is cream of the crop and his designs in plastic form bring me quite a bit of joy. ----- Original review of what was received: Ordered thinking I was going to get a pretty awesome rendition of Iron Man. The Mark I suit is my favorite for how clunky and solid he is. No frills, just a guy in a bulky chonk-o-rific suit. The other reviewer who has those awesome pics of the unmasked head on the body really sold me on this figure. So I took a chance! It didn't pay off. Either my luck ran out or I'm just not good at gambling. Instead, I got a swapped out return. I was told they 'couldn't send a replacement' and one rep actually said 'try to buy it in a store'. A windowless box made this possible... it sort of promotes it. Guess the whoever returned this headless $5 Fortnite Discount store find valued their morality at only $27. I'll try my luck elsewhere for a Tony Stark next time.

Mark 01 online
The Mark 01 at last! I was surprised at the level of articulation considering the bulkier sculpt of the comic armor. It’s a solid figure with good balance when posing, even though my only concern was getting as close as possible to the Tales of Suspense cover pose. A great addition to my Iron Man collection at a good price that doesn’t break the bank.

Perfect starting figure
Figure is absolutely perfect. Slight quality control issue with the left arm joint being soft and not being able to hold poses, but other than that, 9/10.

The original Iron Man -- WAY COOL!
This appears to this aged comic collector to be an accurate representation of Iron Man as he looked in his very first comic appearance in Tales of Suspence. Both Iron Man and the Hulk were gray in their earliest appearances. Note that the helmet conforms to the shape of his head and has a neck rather than the slightly later bullet-shaped headgear bolted to the body, which earned Iron Man the sobriquet "Shellhead." The "skirt" that forms part of that slightly later version is also missing, and for me that might be a good thing. The accessories include jet exhaust for his boots which I believe are an anachronism. I don't think he could fly in the beginning and though he took on that capability soon after, jets were not involved at that early stage. I.M. flew with the aid of reverse magnets (later called repulsors) like the ones in his gloves. (I can see why they'd like us to forget that implausible detail. Stan Lee was never much up on science, and here and with the famous X-Men villain Magneto he was seemingly unaware that magnets only affect ferrous metals. The same manufacturer also makes a very cool original golden version which, curiously, is also labeled "Model 01." My quibbles aside: WAY COOL! NICELY DONE!
