Should we sterilise the bottle before first use?

NO do not sterilize.. this is not microwave safe. I have a warped cup from the inside out. It looks like it can still hold water but I threw it away because who knows if it leaked any chemicals when it melted. Better safe than sorry

Does the top screw on?

Yes, the top screws on. For any other questions, you can reach Chicco customer service via: 1877-424-4226.

Can you remove the insulation part out?

No, the double wall construction of these cups can not be removed.

Do these cups fit in cup holders? My toddlers are contantly dropping their waters because they are too wide to fit in the car seat cup holders.

Chicco cups fit most car and car seat cup holders.
