What is the PSI rating of theses innertubes?

Inner tubes don't have a specific PSI rating, this is defined by the tyre that it is fitted within, for example, it would work with a tyre that has a 40PSI rating just as well as a tyre that has a 70PSI rating. The valve is rated in excess of 130PSI.

I’m the valve wasn’t what I was expecting. Will y question but what pump do you use to pump this inner tube up?

A pump with a presta compatible valve. If there is a screw nut sticking out of the valve its a presta. That is what the description says these tubes have. My track pump has dual valves in the head. A large one for schraeder/car/mountain bike and a smaller one for presta road bikes/hybrid. You will probably need two pumps. A large stirrup/track pump which is fast to use at home. A a small mini pump to use when you are out.

Whats the diameter (mm) of the Presta Valve please? Want to make sure it fits through the valve hole in the wheel :)

Presta valves tend to be 6mm wide (at their widest) while Schrader valves are 8mm. Usually road bike wheels are drilled for 6mm and shouldn’t be drilled out to fit a Schrader as it compromises the strength of the wheel. You can always add a brass Presta to Schrader adapter for about £5.

Does this fit a 37-622 tyre?

Yes it does. I you select the image and look in close up that size is printed on the packaging. 37 X 622. Left hand column fifth line.
