I used this 7 mil to make stencils for tracing. They work great for that purpose. I cut them on my Cricut Explore Air 2 using the acetate setting with more pressure, fine blade and ran it twice. They came out perfectly. I had previously been using 10 mil and it was too thick to cut on my Cricut without a struggle. If you are looking to use them as durable stencils this is a nice thickness and I would recommend it.

This is exactly what I ordered. I am a quilter who needed some mylar sheets to cut up for quilting templates. These work great. I could use even thicker ones but these are thick enough. Highly recommend!

It’s sturdy

Really great stuff, hard to cut though, wont tear, hard to draw on and you have to take your time, what we have looked for a long time... also works good on laser cuter

These Sheets are perfect for my stencils. I use my silhouette to cut and with the right blade they can be cut nicely. Happy Customer

I’m using these along with a Cricut Maker3 to make custom templates for quilt appliqués. They are heat resistant and can be used over and over again, offering me a more permanent (and sturdy) solution than buying expensive heavy duty freezer paper. Will keep ordering more as needed.

I used these for the first set of my templates, occasionally the template would move. It is TOO thin for a quilting template. Get a thicker plate.
