What are the Ingredients? Is it not a legal obligation to show these?

Hi, there are 2 versions, sweet and hot. Mine is the sweet and has an ingredients label in English, Raw sweet peppers, tomato concentrate, salt, onion, sunflower oil, modified starch, xanthan gum, sugar, spices, celery aroma, citric acid, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite, bay leaf. There are no amounts of the ingredients. I would expect that the main parts are the peppers, tomato and onion. I can reccomend it for flavour even if a little pricey. Hope this helps.

Once opened how long does it last in fridge?

Hello! According to the manufacturer it lasts until the best before date shown on the tube even after opening.
