Is it Compatible with Anycubic photon mono x 6k?

No. They have 'feet' to protect the nFEP when you set the tank on the table, and the Photon Mono doesn't have the depressions for that. Also a size difference.

Do these come with "fep 2.0" installed or regular fep?

Supposed to be FEP2 and mine behave just like FEP2

Are these plastic or metal?

The frame is made of metal, and the clips that hold the Fep are made of plastic
