Heavy and nicely made. Had them installed on our driveway poles after electrical wiring broke and couldn't be repaired without ripping apart the brick. The electrician was here and installed them for us after sealing off the old wiring. They were so easy to install and fit perfectly where the old ones were. He said they were beautiful and wanted to know where I bought them. They stay light all night but do get a little less after about 7 hours. Still though, they provide enough light at 4am. I highly recommend these lights. It comes with a light bulb but I went ahead and ordered an extra Lutec light they show as it is gorgeous in the lamp

It was super easy to install this lantern atop an old electric wired lantern on a post. There are a few things I like about this lantern. First, it's beautiful looking. It has a design etched in the vintage-designed glass, it's made of aluminum, so it won't rust. There's no opening on the bottom as some have, which allows spiders and other insects to take up residence. It gives off enough light to light up the beginning of my pathway and part of my driveway. The bulb hangs from above rather than below, which eliminates the ugly base of the lightbulb exposed, so all you see is the light itself reflecting light down to the shiny disc below it. All in all, it's worth the price. Easy to assemble, classic look, beautiful golden light, durable. Exactly what I was looking for. I read all reviews before purchase, couldn't find anything negative about this solar lantern.

A great accent light. Occasionally on really overcast days, doesn't get enough light and will go out after a few hours of night operation. Otherwise very attractive and well functioning lamp and enough light to be useful for lighting a path.

I'm really pleased with this lamp. I did have a gas lantern that died decades ago and this fit perfectly on the existing pole. Provides plenty of light and very elegant.

Great solar lamp. I use this to help light my driveway. It lights up every night, even on a cloudy day. Easy to install. Nice yellow lighting as you can see in the photos. Fancy look too.

The light could be a bit brighter, but overall it was easy to install and looks good.

We moved into our new home and our front yard light wasn’t working (tried a new bulb). Rather than go to the expense of having an electrician figure out the problem, we got the bright idea to replace it with a solar model. We chose this particular one because it was very similar to our other outdoor lights. It is still going strong after two winters, and I look out the window every night as I close the curtains and can see its glow from the upstairs window. It shows no signs of rusting so I feel it was a good purchase for us. I can’t speak for how easily it was installed as my husband did that, but I can say without reservation there was no cursing so it probably was easy to put in place.
