Great documentation !
I am in love with this camera. We are building a new house and i wanted to be able to record the process. I set the camera to take one picture every hour. A four month time span gave me a 30 second "video". There is a waterproof shell. The mounting hardware is like a universal joint and really well designed. The pictures are quite clear. It operates with an SD card. The price is reasonable. It runs on batteries (but hard to know how long they will last in bad weather). A couple of flaws, but not dealbreakers: the instructions are not great. For example, when I first set it up, I turned it on and mounted it on a construction pole. Two weeks later, it turns out that I had zero photos. You have to turn it on AND press "record". I wish I could see the images in real time, mostly to know if the camera is mounted in a good location. Not possible on this model. Also would like to be able to download the images without having to take the camera apart and remove the SD card, take it home, use the SD card reader to transfer the images into my computer, etc. And lastly -- when the house is done being built, I would like to be able to stitch all the images into one continuous "show", but not sure how to do that (again, poor instructions). Luckily, the tech support is helpful and responsive.

DO NOT BUY!!!! POOR QUALITY EQUIPMENT AND EVEN MORE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Don’t waste your money!!!! The second time I used the camera, the mount/case failed and the camera fell to the ground and was run over. Contacted customer support and after review, they did NOT warranty anything. Simply “we offer you a 10% discount on a replacement”. And they stated that “mounting on a moving object can cause stress on the threaded mount”. But that bit of warning information is NOWHERE on their website, instruction manual, or warranty claims. Needless to say I WILL NOT be buying a replacement, and I strongly advise anyone looking at this brand to look in a different direction.. you’ll save yourself $400+. Because I already spent that money only to use the camera for 3 hours and then it be junk.

Amazing camera
Easy Set-Up Process I have been really happy with this Brinno time lapse camera thus far. The set-up process was very straightforward and programming the schedule/intervals was easy as well. Will definitely be looking to buy again for future projects.

Nice camera for time-lapse videos
If you’re looking for a camera that’s easy to use and can capture time-lapse videos, then this camera is a great choice. It comes with everything you need to get started quickly, including the camera itself, a 16GB memory card, and 4 AA batteries. The setup process was easy. I did have to buy a memory card reader (https://a.co/d/c4an2ds) so I can copy the AVI files from the SD card to my M2 MacBook Pro. One of the standout features of this camera is its tiny screen, which is a big plus compared to the cheaper model TLC130 (https://a.co/d/0ZwPfMX). The screen makes it much easier to identify what’s getting captured, so you can be sure you’re getting the shots you want. Using the default settings, I let it record the sky for an hour and it generated a 24-second video. The video quality is quite good in my opinion.

The concept is amazing. The execution has been frustrating.
I really, REALLY wanted to love this camera, and so far it’s been one of the more disappointing purchases I’ve made. I bought it specifically for plant timelapses, and instead I just keep missing footage because of storage issues and limitations that honestly feel ridiculous for the price. First, I bought a 128GB card and apparently it was too large and wouldn’t work with the camera. Then I switched to a smaller SD card, and now the storage fills up insanely fast. Within like 10 days, it’s full and stops recording, so I end up missing the exact growth moments I bought the camera for in the first place. What frustrates me most is it doesn’t really make it obvious enough that you’re out of storage, so unless you’re constantly checking it, you can lose days of footage without realizing it. At this point it’s May, I got this for Christmas, and honestly it feels like an overpriced camera that I’m struggling to make useful. Maybe a 64GB card would work better, I genuinely don’t know at this point, but right now I’m sitting at about a 2 out of 5 based on my experience. The concept is amazing. The execution has been frustrating.

Won’t regret
One of the standout features for me was how quick it was to get started. It took me just a few minutes from unboxing to capturing my first time-lapse video. It's a relief not to constantly monitor battery levels during shoots. I have been using the timelapse camera for two months, the battery life is held up remarkably well. Compared to other options on the market, this time lapse camera might come with a slightly higher price. Having experienced cheaper alternatives in the past, I would say its functions and image quality are fully capable of supporting my project recording. After all, shooting without any problems is my primary concern. For anyone in search of a reliable, user-friendly time-lapse camera with long battery life, this is the one to go for.

Do not buy !
For all happy users of TLC 200 HDR : this TLC 300 is not as good ! HDR is supposedly present but effects are not really showing. Controls are all different and lacking many necessary positions present in TLC200. No contrast, no WB . All images are burned even at EV 00 . Night shots are horrible - no comparison to TLC200 . So to sum up - not good , don't buy . Stay with proven item - TLC200 HDR Pro ! Photos - first 300 , second 200 .

Installez la mise à jour !
Bonne autonomie. Des gros problèmes avec les vidéos au début, une mise à jour a enfin résolu le gros des problèmes. L'avantage avec cette caméra est de pouvoir changer l'objectif.
