English pottery

I think Emma Bridgewater is the only Englush pottery left. This 1/2 pint mug is just right for my cup of tea(or coffee). I love the vibrant colours of the kingfisher. A great present for an ornithologist. The factory says hand-wash, but I've used my dishwasher with other Bridgewater mugs and they're fine.

Sehr schönes Design

Bei den 1/2 Pint-Tassen von E. Bridgewater gefällt mir besonders, dass sie alle die gleiche Form haben, so dass man letztendlich verschiedene Motive wählen kann und doch alles perfekt zusammenpasst. Die Hummeln, die sich hier über die ganze Tasse ziehen und von denen sich auch ein paar ins Innere der Tasse verirrt haben, sehen richtig niedlich aus. Ich liebe Hummeln und bin daher an dieser schönen Tasse nicht vorbei gekommen. Gut ist auch, dass die Tasse einen stabilen unteren Rand und dadurch einen festen Stand hat. Die kann nicht so leicht umkippen, und das Design der hochwertigen Steingut-Tasse ist unverwechselbar. Davon kann man sich eine ganze Sammlung zulegen, und die Tassen sind für alle Arten von Heißgetränken bestens geeignet. Bei mir ist es tatsächlich so, dass das Auge mittrinkt und mir Tee oder Kaffee nicht aus allen Gefäßen gleich gut schmeckt. Ich habe die schöne Tasse mit einem leckeren Tee eingeweiht, und der war ganz hervorragend.
