Yes but these pacifiers rip easily. The ones my son didn’t bite through instantly, he ripped both the place where you can attach a clip and the nipple off

Pacifiers came in a simple plastic bag that seemed very inappropriate for packing such a higiene item for a baby.. the plastic back had few small wholes here and there too.. I doubt this type of package for pacifiers meets the UK standards
