Looks pretty healthy. Surprised it survived shipping with weather change.

The media could not be loaded. Came clean, no snails, and good low light plant shown super glued to small clay pot

Was a beautiful plant when I received it no issues at all. Put in my turtle tank and he has been slowing destroying it so I guess he likes it too. 😂 Hopefully it grows back some.
