Compost Converter (330 Litre, Green)

Great item, no problems with order.

The delivery was quick -4days earlier than expected. The capacity is very good. I already have 2 bins of 220 so I went for a larger one. Could be a bit sturdier but when filled it wont matter and as long as it is wedged between other bins is unlikely to blow away. For the price it is fine.

Easy to set up and surprisingly sturdy. Great capacity for garden waste and kitchen scraps, and the design helps everything break down nicely. A good, no-fuss compost bin that blends in well with the garden.

Large, roomy very sturdily made! Easy to move on to another place and then dig over the compost a bit more or leave it longer if wished.

Had to return this item as it is so lightweight , no bottom and would have blown away on a windy day. The item was returned via Evri and I was charged £21 which I will not get refunded. Will not use again.

Large plastic compost bin which works as expected. I've got a lot of composting this year due to growing a lot of my own veg, including way too many tomatoes so now it's all going into this large compost bin. It has the usual well fitting lid and access hatch at the front. I've had a lot of compost bins over the years and never really found much use for the access hatch, I usually lift the bin off all of the compost after leaving it to rest and turning it now and then for a few months, then just spread it around and let the worms dig it in for me.

Quick delivery. Bought along with the base. Item seems very light and flimsy. The bottom door/hatch especially so. The lid is a push on and is difficult to ensure it actually clips on both sides. Mine has been situated in a very sheltered spot at the rear of my garage but I'd be very concerned it would simply blow away in high winds if it was in the open. It is not connected to the base, simply sits on it as such even when full there is nothing to weigh it down. I bought this at the start of winter and have not put enough waste into it to get any compost as yet but if it doesn't work to well I'll l add an accelerator to activate it. I believe this composting bin will need to be treated with kid gloves or it won't last very long, but for cost it is probably okay.
