Quite a snappy phone, four times faster than my old nokia and 10 times more capable.Very trimmed down O/S but not in a bad way, a fabulous balance has been made.You cannot game on this, i urge you to read one of the few very complete reviews, online.The courier was atrocious, Tracked 24 isn't. 48 hours it took to get here including 24 hours without a tracking update (leeds).Pleased with the purchase can't knock off a star for Royal Snails service, not the vendors fault i guess.

Nice liitel phone

I bought this on here a while ago for £75. It's not a bad phone to be honest. I've had only a few issues: it can be quite slow (especially when browsing contacts list). Also the battery really isn't as good as people make out, it's just as good as any other phone I've had. However I've had the phone for nearly a year and the battery hasn't lost it's edge yet so that's a good thing.This will do everything the average person needs in a phone.

This is a simple and easy to use smartphone.A cost-effective option for people who are not tech-savvy, but just want a way to access the internet, send text & e-mails, and make calls.It fulfills that remit perfectly.

I have had my phone a few months now, and I think the quality is reflected in the price i.e average.The camera is not great, and I do get wi-fi connectivity issues, and the phone is generally slow in a number of functions. But if you want a low price phone with basic functions etc., then it is ok.

Bought this 'like new' from Amazon resale. The phone is truly in perfect condition looks completely unused in box etc. A great phone for the price, people who are picky about speed and performance please compare the price of this phone with the others which perform better. Nice screen and easy to set up, just be sure to delete all the unnecessary apps and games etc it downloads initially setting up. Keep the phone streamlined and get rid of any apps that run in the background and files your not using and the phone performance is fine for most people. Good choice and seems to have a great battery.

This phone is an absolute joke. It's so slow, even just restoring WhatsApp after a factory reset took over 24 hours. Yes, HOURS. I don't know how that is even possible.I have phones from 2016 that are more responsive and usable than the E13.Motorola have also loaded the E13 with all manner of bloatware which makes it even more slow and frustrating.Any positive reviews must be from shills or bots, there's nothing remotely good about this thing.Avoid like the plague.

I knew it was time for a new phone when the battery of my 6 year old Alcatel would no longer hold a charge. I searched many sellers online, reading all the reviews and finally settled on the Motorola e13. I'm not at all technically minded and the thought of setting up a new phone was daunting, but it was necessary.I needn't have worried because within half an hour of fully charging the battery, the phone was virtually set up, it did most of the work for me, it was incredible. Needless to say, I'm absolutely delighted with my choice of phone and would highly recommend it for anyone like myself who isn't technically minded.My only disappointment was the actual delivery by Amazon, they told me the time slot when it would be delivered which was fine, I made sure that I was home. I waited for the knock at the door or a ring of the bell but nothing came. After a few checks outside I eventually found a parcel just dumped at my door. Its not good enough, anyone could have picked it up. I've spoken to other people in the area who have had a similar experience with Amazon. I complained to Amazon but they haven't bothered replying.
