I've tried many different versions of hyaluronic but this one works. Easy to swallow, I take them with food. Highly recommend

The New Nordic Prosta Vital arrives in a pleasantly printed cardboard box - suitable for a gift (if Prosta Vital is gift material 🤔).Printed on the box are the ingredients, nutrient content, expiry date (11/25) and an 0800 phone number. The ingredients are a mixture of natural extracts vitamins ( mainly B vitamins plus D3 & K2) and synthetic products (mainly anticaking, bulking and glazing agents) - see photos.Nowhere printed on the mack is that this product is manufactured by Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP) - GMP is important for product quality.The capsules are individually packaged in a blister pack.There are clinical studies in men to show that pumpkin seeds or the extract improve symptoms in men with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). There is some animal research that suggests pumpkin seed extract may be beneficial for prostate cancer.Not sure about scientific evidence for the benefit of the other natural ingredients for BPH (perhaps tomato) but all of the natural ingredients have some other benefits.I also like the addition of Vitamin D3 and K2 - especially relevant in winter in northern clines. The B vitamins may be beneficial if you have a poor diet.I am surprised that New Nordic has not added Zinc (or stated the zinc content of the pumpkin extract as zinc is important for the ageing prostate.If you follow the suggested dosing instruction of two capsules per day - then the price point is high at £31.00 for one month's supplyOverall: I prefer GMP-manufactured products but I think that this is a good product and one I am happy to take.

I definitely believe in the importance of vitamins and supplements as they definitely help to improve my health and wellbeing especially my immune system...I am also aware of the importance other ingredients such as collagen and the ingredients of this product to improve skin quality and overall appearance... Firstly you have to have a good diet before you start to rely on any supplements to help you... These tablets look like they are made to a premium standard but they are definitely very overpriced... You are in my opinion better off not a high quality premium marine collagen powder that'll lay your a few months and will help improve more than just your skin.... And it'll work out financially much cheaper....That's my honest opinion...

The media could not be loaded. Any synthetic ingredient should be cheap, just look at Nutravita synthetic vitamins and see how cheap they are. This contains Magnesium salts of fatty acid which gave me a headache.Magnesium stearate is the magnesium salt of the fatty acid, stearic acid. It has been widely used for many decades in the food industry as an emulsifier, binder and thickener, as well as an anticaking ,lubricant, release, and antifoaming agent. It absolutely does nothing for the body aside from give me headaches, and they should really have put magnesium stearate in the ingredients.However if you don't get any side effects and your kidneys are strong, this can help after a few months of taking it you will start to notice better skin based on the research of ingesting Hyaluronic acid, hydrolzed collagen, can even help the eyesight as it has Lutein in there at 15mg, Vitamin-C is L-ascorbic acid just synthetic form of vitamin-C.According to an article I read, ascorbic acid is actually a synthetic vitamin-C, usually derived from GMO corn, if you consume high doses of synthetic vitamin-c apparently you should have reason to worry.Though it most likely would work if taken long enough 6 to 12 months, (there is only 30 days worth) to notice better skin. I get better skin in 1 day of having collagen powder, though I personally prefer not to take any hyaluronic acid supplements, I prefer it best used on topical skin, as I eat foods containing hyaluronic acid in them naturally.I would say bones and muscle too, but collagen is really low dosed in this suppplement at 4mg, the price I would pay is too high, not just on wallet, but reduced kidney function, as my kidneys reject synthetic ingredients like the plague, and the headache I get from taking one is because I'm allergic to magnesium salts of fatty acid. It is unnecessary to have that in any supplement, as all my supplements that I prefer don't contain this, and I am fine with no headaches. This is an average product at best between 2-3 stars, and needs fixing to be more cheaper and natural sorry.Well on the bright side it is foil wrapped individually, as an exceptional barrier against oxygen and moisture both of which risk spoiling the formulas in supplements. Dosage is 1 per day with a meal or literally just after a meal that is how I took one, I personlly not going to take anymore than one because it has magnesium stearate in it, and it's hiding under the name magnesium salts of fatty acid, and after taking one, and getting a headache I just knew.

This is the type of supplement that I'd buy only very occasionally when I have some spare cash floating around, if there were no cheaper alternatives. Mainly becauses the price for just a months supply is way too high for regular use - especially if you regularly purchase other supplements.Having said that, the ingredients are all top quality, and I like the addition of Sea Buckthorn as that is known to be excellent for skin including post menopausal issues with thinning and dryness in the nether regions.Came well packaged in a box with 2 blister packs. The tablets themselves were normalish size for flat tablets - if you have ever had the oval paracetemol tablets as opposed to the round which are more common, well they are roughly about the same size as those. If you have difficulty swallowing, there is a groove half way through, so you can split them in two to make it easier to swallow.If you can afford over a quid per pill then go for it as they are a good product, unfortnately I can't justify it especially when there are more economical alternatives available to achieve the same results.
