This provides a really convenient way of having a 3% saline solution which is handy on the go in a 4ml vial that can be used in a nebuliser. You can opt to go for a 20 vial pack or a bigger 60 vial pack. 3% is a good percentage as it is not too salty and can be well tolerated. There are other brands on Amazon which have higher concentration if that is what you need. I find this to be a good concentration. The vials are easy enough to twist and open and use so very handy when travelling. Overall this is a very useful solution when you are on the go.

i've used quite a few of these saline solutions with my nebulizer and this one has been by far the best, so far. To be honest, I'd somewhat given up on them and put down any benefits claimed by others to the placebo effect. Therefore, I went into testing this brand with low ezpectations and was very pleasantly surprised. For a start, you can instantly tell that there is a lot more saline present and it produces a very salty mist, which you obviously inhale. However, the main thing, which differentiates it from all the other brands I have tried, is that afterwards I was involuntarily coughing up mucus for about an hour. Not a massive amount, but every few minutes an in-breath would hitch slightly and I would cough and clear my lungs. A few hours later I couild heavily exhale with a noticable reduction in wheezing at the end of the exhalation. A bit more pricey than some of the other brands, but worth it in my opinion.
