Good quality, feels weighty, only minor complaints.
My first impression is i'm surprised at the weight. It feels really hefty and the front plate is rather thick. Bodes well for durability. Button action could be a bit better, but they function well and i can imagine some design decisions were for durability. This feels well built and for the price it seems a steal.

Only on/off flow rate control
Impressive manufacturing quality! Lack of flow volume adjustment, i.e., push button on/off only, was a show stopper for me as my instant propane water heater cannot keep up with full flow in very cold weather. Should not be a problem with hot water storage. Minor design flaw is that the O-rings on outer two pushbuttons do not engage with the valve body so there could be some water leakage into the box. This also is unlikely to be a problem since the electronics are hermetically sealed. Although not mentioned in instructions, two 10-32 threaded inserts can be used to mount to fiberglass shower wall.

Amazing product even better customer servicd
I was having issues with temperature changes. I had to post a review publicly because Amazon wouldn't let me privately message the company. I had at one point an issue with being unable to change the temperature but the company sent me some replacement parts and even showed me how to do the replacement to avoid plumber costs. I have recommened this product to some friends who purchased and love it. Highly recommend!

Terrible start, item used and box full of water
Looks like the item was used and put back in box wet.Item full of scum and water, water in the box, I’ll give a wash and try it out and update review.
