As long as you follow the instructions to the letter, it won't go wrong. My advice, when you complete the first step, put your hands in straight away. It sets pretty quick. Room temperature water is better too. Sets quicker. Practice before you start mixing, good job we did. We wanted both our wedding rings on the sculpture, which was tricky. Don't touch any of the sides either. To get rid of imperfections, I.e bubbles I used a nail file very lightly. Finished off with matt varnish spray. We absolutely love ours.

Bought this kit thinking it would be a nice wholesome romantic activity. What followed was two adults standing completely still with our hands stuck in a bucket, questioning every decision that had led us to this point. with the occasional fart noise from the bucket. Thankfully, it worked really well and the finished cast came out far better than expected loads of detail and really cute. Slightly stressful, very messy, strangely intimate… but worth it. Would recommend. Just decide how you’re holding hands before you put them in the mould!

This was bought for us by our grandson as a Golden Wedding present. My Grandson helped us to do it but my husband found it extremely difficult to stay still for the length of time needed so I ended up doing my own hand. I have bought another one and we will find a comfier way to do it, hopefully sitting down. Other than that I think it’s a great item and simple to follow.

Worked really well but took more like 25 minutes to harden, so get comfortable beforehand

It does not come with a ribbon. The card comes only for valentines sort of event. It is smaller than it seems

Cant fault this product. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Would buy again.

Ordered 2 of these. It was a fun and intimate project for my long distance bf and I. Makes us feel closer to each other when we are far apart. The material was good and it was pretty easy to do. The bucket was a bonus - came in handy to mix in.

Also, ich kann über das Handabdruckset nichts Schlechtes sagen. Es hat super geklappt! In der Anleitung steht auch, dass das Wasser etwas wärmer sein sollte. Wir haben das Wasser leider etwas zu kalt genommen, daher hat die Zeit, in der die Masse fest wird, deutlich länger gedauert – locker doppelt so lange. Der Handabdruck sieht wirklich schön aus; selbst kleine Falten und Adern sind gut zu sehen. Ich würde es sofort wieder kaufen.
