After stumbling on a Silikomart silicone mold for a large dome cake. ( Pictured on left) I was hooked. I have never had any mold perform so flawlessly. These small domes were no exception. The mousse cakes released from the molds without any grease easily. The mirror glaze took evenly to the smooth cakes and made it look like I knew what I was doing. I have become a loyal Silikomart product user.

Ehrlicherweise muss ich sagen, dass ich diese Formen nur zum Gießen von Mandalasteinen benutze. Und für diesen Zweck sind sie ausgezeichnet. Natürlich ist die Größe kleiner als die herkömmlichen Mandalasteine, aber immer noch groß genug um ausreichend Platz zum Bemalen zu haben. Ich hinterlasse die Rezession auch nur für die Bastler da draußen, die genau wie ich auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Form für diese Art der Steine sind. Die Form ist definitiv perfekt dafür!

Ottimo stampo (come sempre quando si tratta di stampi originali silikomart)Ma soprattutto quelli di questa linea (colore grigio) che sono più solidi e robusti di quelli bianchiSono pasticcere e uso stampi di ogni forma e genere, quindi sarò presuntuoso ma vorrei dire che alcune recensioni negative secondo me dipendono solo dall inesperienza delle persone che usano strumenti che non conoscono, ovviamente se si crede di spostare uno stampo in silicone (cosa letta più volte) semplicemente sollevandolo è ovvio che si rovesci tutto... il silicone proprio per la sua consistenza si presta a forme 3D oltre ad essere flessibile e comodo per la fase di sformatura anche su formati particolari e articolati che con il metallo sarebbe quasi impossibile replicare, ma ovviamente va posizionato SEMPRE su una placca di metallo per lo spostamento compresa la cottura o il congelamento come per dessert, semifreddi etcQuindi a chiunque usa questi stampi per la prima volta faccia attenzione a questo semplice e banale accorgimento!
