I have been using these every day for a couple of weeks now, whilst I must say the orange flavour and the mango flavour is okay ,the red berry isn't great, BUT i am recently very unwell with suspected POTS and after doing some reading I thought I should try electrolytes and came across these, and to say it's been only 2 weeks ,I have noticed a big difference in my fatigue levels, and much less brain fog and have noticed that my heart doesn't race quite as violently when I stand up, these phizz tablets are not a total fix but have made my symptoms much more bearable and I can do a lot more daily, on more strenuous days I use two phizz tablets spread out and makes life much more bearable, I can actually do life now 🤣 if you can get past the not so great taste, if you have pots and are struggling -give them a try- it might help even just a little.

I started taking these in a last attempt to solve very painful cramp spasms in calves, fingers and feet. They work. They hydrate and provide electrolytes my body lacked. In over 4 months I've only had cramp once but it was after a long journey where I hadn't moved much. I won't be without them. I prefer the Mango flavour and have plenty in my stash.

I ordered the variety of Mango, Mixed Berry and Orange. I have only tried the Mixed Berry so far and would recommend using 500ml of water else the flavour is very diluted. If left a while, the aftertaste can be slightly off-putting.Tablets are similar to Rennies (chalky) and easy to break up if needing to be added into a small hole.Lid was easy to use. Looking forward to trying the Orange and Mango.

I bought these at a discounted price when I usually take the High5Zero ones.Can’t speak to their effectiveness yet, but I do not like the flavour of any of these - artificial tasting, too sweet, with a strong paracetamol kind of taste. Gotta get through them now to go back to High5.

Excellent way to rehydrate. I use them in water when out on my motorbike travelling across Europe. Just makes a change from drinking water and not to overpowering!

Love the electrolyte tablets because they are a game-changer for hydration and energy. They dissolve easily, taste refreshing (not too sweet), and provide a good mix of electrolytes and vitamins.I use after my workouts and when traveling to the beach. A bit pricier than some alternatives, but the added vitamins make it worth it.

The mango tastes how my cats litter smells after a few days. I dare not try the others.
