Extremely high quality and beautiful chrome finish. This phone mount is seriously substantial. The phone grip is very secure. I’ve been using Quad Lock mounts over the years but wanted to be able to use my own phone case and needed something that would live beyond my current phone model. I purchased for my Street Glide and had to make a few simple adjustments to the rubber handlebar ring. There may be cheaper mounts available but not with this level of quality, performance and styling. Worth every penny!

I wanted to use my Phone as a GPS on my Motorcycle. I first looked at Ram since I have used their products in the past and found them sturdy but after examining it and looking further I really didn't think the placement of the support arms. They seemed perfectly placed to engage the buttons on the phone and who needs that at 75mph. So I did what many might do and tried one of the inexpensive plastic units. Didnt even make it through installation. This unit was a fair chunk of change but now after using it for weeks .... it is worth every penny. It is all metal and feels like a real piece of kit. The spring tension is such and the cups on either side that hold the phone are deep enough that I think you can certainly run this with no extra strap but the kit does come with 2 silicon bands. I use one out of paranoia but the springs are more than capable on the mount themselves. The kit comes with three handlebar adapters so you can use it on different diameter bars and once mounted up .. It doesnt budge. It has a nice thumb screw which is convenient because I just keep the attachment part on the bars and bring the gps mount portion into the house if I will not be using it so the AZ sun doesnt dry out the rubber. This particular unit will rotate and allows for tilting but is not articulating but they do seem to carry a model with a double ball like ram that will let you have a wider range of movement. I have mine mounted right below the ignition key and it works perfectly. I was a little concerned spending that much on a mount from a company I have never heard of but so far .. VERY impressed and glad I bought it. Update: About 2 weeks ago after riding about 6 miles in dirt I tried to make a Uturn on asphalt on a 7' wide road with a bike that has a 9.5' turning radius. Seeing that the wife and I were going to land up in the cactus I grabbed to much front break and fell over. Me the wife and the bike slammed into the ground. The phone .. in the mount .. didnt budge!

This is an absolutely solid purchase and works extremely excellent! I'm very glad I made this purchase. The only thing I would have liked, is if they made an option for a chrome one, as well as the black. I would definitely prefer chrome on my Road King CVO... That said, it went on very, very quickly. I did what another reviewer did and cut a small slice (about 1") off the little bag that it came in and used that as a mini mat to protect my chrome handlebars. I have larger diameter handlebars than most stock bikes and it fit like a dream. I've not used the sling ever with it, it doesn't need it. I'm using it to hold my iPhone XsMax phone and with a simple little pressure to the left, it slides right into the grip and does not move, not even a little bit. I've put about 650 miles on since attaching the phone mount and it's golden! This is a great option for me, because if I decide to use my phone for navigation, in 3 seconds, I can adjust it to go sideways instead of vertical. I love this thing, it's a great by, extremely well built and solid. Just wish for a Chrome option, but I won't take a point away for that, it's a 5 star product easily!

Built rock solid . What a difference from the cheap plastic ones I had previously been using which always flopped around while riding offroad and phone would fly off after crashing. Running fat bars comes with all necessary adapters to fit a range of bar diameters. This thing clamps on and is not breaking off because its made of metal also ball is metal not plastic won't move after tightening, not cheap plastic. Couldn't be more happy with purchase after going through 3 or 4 others that were absolute junk.

This is a great phone mount. holds the phone very well and was easy to install. Appears very easy to insert and remove the phone. The install kit came with bushings to fit all sizes of handlebars and I appreciated that they were connected like a clamshell, so you didn't have to worry about them falling off while you were tightening things up. Made the mount extra easy to install. I like how easy it is to put the phone into the cradle. The springs hold the phone quite tightly and I don't think I'll need the added rubber webbing - even through light adventure riding. The one knob adjustment is also nice - giving all angles of rotation and tilt. When tightened, the mount feels extremely solid. On my other bike I had the ram-mount x-grip and was not overly impressed with it. It worked fine, but was kinda a pain to get my phone into and out of. So I decided to try something new. I'm glad I did - this mount seems much better than the x-grip and is so much easier to use.

I’ve had this phone mount for almost 2 weeks and this is what I have to say about it. I picked this up because I wanted something that didn't look like a cheap piece of plastic on my bike. If you're running a lot of chrome or a custom setup, this mount fits the vibe perfectly. The Good: The build quality is the first thing you’ll notice—it’s solid metal with a bit of weight to it and the chrome finish is top-tier. It looks amazing and feels like a genuine part of the bike rather than an afterthought. It also comes with different sized caps, so getting a snug fit on the bars was a breeze. I really appreciate the inclusion of the rubber band sling; it adds that extra layer of security when you're hitting higher speeds or rougher pavement. The Bad: It’s not perfect, though. The clamp strength isn’t quite as "industrial" as the marketing suggests. If you’ve used a FreakMount, you’ll definitely notice that this doesn't have that same aggressive retention. My biggest gripe is the stability—even when everything is fully tightened, the phone holder still has a bit of play and moves around. It really needs a stabilizer attachment or vibration dampener, especially if you’re worried about your phone’s camera sensors. Bottom Line: If you prioritize aesthetics and premium materials, you’ll love how this looks. Just be prepared for a little bit of movement and make sure you use the tether!

Solid! I havnt used the rubber securing strap and have ridden on the highway!

Very very well built!! No plastic crap here!! Clamp is extra tight on my phone. Fully adjustable to fit your preference. Rubber has notches to hold them in place while you install it and will not slip out of place!! Simple install!

Fantastic bike holder. Only using in landscape mode so not bothered with rubber holder, think if I was using in portrait mode I would to be safe But done a few hundred miles in landscape mode and phone not moved at all Very happy with this product

After watching ‘Itchy Boots‘ travel South America with one of these on her Royal Enfield Himalayan I was impressed. Best phone holder I’ve used on the bike. Works with just about any phone.

Excellent, phone mount holds onto the phone in a case easily and strongly. Mount point holds onto my bike strongly and came with spacers to adjust for larger tubing.
