how do you open then bottle of neutrogena rainbath gel?

I had to remove the pump assembly, grip it with pliers just below the cap, and turn the spout counterclockwise. Without using pliers there was insufficient force to open it. Good product with poorly designed packaging. You should not need tools to open bath gel!

Is this product fsa eligible?

As a shower gel I don’t think it’s eligible but you can check FSA rules with your Benefits department or your FSA provider.

Why is it so expensive though?? It’s Neutrogena, am I missing something?

It's been an American staple for a long time. Dermatologist used to recommend it to my brother for his sensitive skin. You have to decide what's best for you
