Fridge itself if good. Looks clean and evergreen in terms of design. It is cooling well, i am not sure about getting hot but as of now no signs of it, its been a week. It is bit noisy as compared to LG and whirlpool but that you can tolerate. Storage capacity is quite decent but not good, can not store big bottles more than 2-3 due to small cabin hanging in mid. Veg box is spacious in comparison to other offering in same price segment. Basically it you are getting it in under 14k it is value for money and quality is okayish too.

I am extremely disappointed with the refrigerator that I recently purchased. From the very first day of installation, I noticed that the refrigerator body is giving an electric shock/earthing current, which is a serious safety concern for me and my family. A new appliance is expected to be safe and free from defects, but this product appears to have a manufacturing or quality issue. After noticing the problem, I immediately contacted customer service and informed them about the earthing issue. The customer support representative acknowledged my complaint but informed me that no replacement or return process can be initiated until an inspection is carried out by their technician. I was told that a technician would visit within the next two days to inspect the product, and only after the inspection report is submitted will any further action be considered. What is even more frustrating is that the replacement option is not visible on the platform/app. Despite receiving a defective product, I am unable to find any option to request a replacement or return directly. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and uncertainty. As a customer, I should not have to struggle to find a solution for a product that is faulty from the beginning. The earthing issue is not a minor problem. It is a safety hazard that could potentially cause injury. Therefore, I expect this matter to be treated with urgency. A brand-new refrigerator should function properly and safely without exposing users to electrical shocks. The fact that I have to wait for inspection before any resolution process begins has further increased my dissatisfaction. I request the company to prioritize this complaint, complete the inspection as soon as possible, and provide an appropriate resolution without delay. If the defect is confirmed, the refrigerator should be replaced immediately or a full refund should be provided. Customers invest their hard-earned money expecting reliable and safe products, and I hope the company will take responsibility for this issue and resolve it promptly. I look forward to a quick and satisfactory resolution to this complaint.

Except the delivery guy everything was nice & paisavasool i bought it around 13.5k from hdfc CC on 14/may/26...& at this range this fridge is fabulous...it took time to start cooling but now its working perfectly fine..as it was open box delivery...but the delivery guy shown some tentrums & denied that he won't load it in my room on first floor so i told him to take it back...then he gave up & took it to my room..right now its working perfectly fine. For the product its 10/10.

Got it recently after my last fridge gave up. The 5 star rating for the amount we pay is value for money but the storage in door is less than a average fridge of same size. It only has space for 4 full size water bottle and the bottom storage in door is too narrow. Also the sides of the fridge remains hot the entire time and also raises ambient temperature in the kitchen. Freezer is good and the storage rack below freezer has very less height so if you keep milk or any package with liquid it ends up as ice.

The fridge is good and works as expected. I thing to note is that there will be definitely a glass tray missing from the fridge and one from the door side storage as well. I didn't notice it until the return period was over. So a fair warning to you all.
