Works great! Sadly I won't need it anymore
I was working on a cyberdeck that used the HP 800 G4 Mini as it's brain and wanted a clean way to power the USB C monitor I had selected. This was the perfect solution and it worked WONDERFULLY. Everything I tried connected without any issues, or even drivers needed, completely flawless out of the box. It was simple to install with only 3 screws (including the case screw). It has a durable metal backing so you won't damage the board itself when trying to install a USB-C cable. These HP add-in cards are also a LOT more affordable and far more available than the competitors. Unfortunately for me I won't be able to use this board anymore as the last part of my project ended up frying the motherboard on my PC :( Totally unrelated to this product tho, I was just being stupid with my power input

As described and well packaged
Item was new or like new, well packaged in ESD bag. Came with screws to secure it to the motherboard. Worked great on the HP ProDesk G4 600 SFF computer. I was able to use a USB C monitor with the desktop now, as video would not pass through the front built in port. After replacing the VGA module with this, it worked no problem. You may have to check the bios settings, so don’t despair right away if it doesn’t work right away. Also make sure it is seated properly and that it is secured properly. I had no issues with either and it worked first time.

Simple Set Up, Works As Advertised.
Works great in an Elitedesk G4 and an HP Prodesk 600 G3. Install was simple. Using it with a Yottamaster 5-Bay DAS with USB-C 3.1 Gen 2; speeds are really good especially since I am always transferring large amounts of data to/from my HDD's and SSD's. I can send data to 4 drives at the same time and maintain 230-250Mb/s on each. One thing to note if this get stuck at boot, a new option shows up in BIOS, I forget the location but there will be a new checkbox for USB-C firmware update for that flex I/O port. Disable it. Been using this for a while now with no issues.

Works well on HP ProDesk 400 G5 SFF
I replaced the VGA Flex IO Card with this USB C Flex IO Card and it works like a plug-and-play device on my HP ProDesk 400 G5 SFF. There is no need for drivers or any other configuration. I did have the latest BIOS firmware installed to avoid any potential incompatibility issues. The Amazon listing does not state that it is compatible with this computer model, but it is.
