This is easy enough to take - you just mix the packet of powder in 6 to 8 ounces of water and drink it. It’s fruit punch flavored and it tastes pretty good. The hardest part is the logistics of taking this - the requirement being no food 2 hours before or after and only water to drink 2 hours after. I've struggled to get into a rhythm with it. I think first thing upon waking up is the easiest, then just wait 2 hours to eat - not too difficult if you work out first thing or fast intermittently. It’s too early to report any real results, but I’m hopeful now that I have figured out the best way to fit this into my day.

What makes this product more unique is being in a pre-measured drink mix than other workout products out there. Flavor wise it tastes like the typical fruit punch. As far as performance goes it works as expected, you’ll have less aches or soreness which helps with workouts. This supplement uses L-Arginine as part of the performance boosting, there are studies out there which show improvements in workouts but it still varies from person to person. Cost per serving is fairly similar to other workout supplements. My overall opinion is this is a good option for a more natural energy and performance boosting workout blend.

If you follow directions, and especially if you don't eat before or after taking it IMO, this combination of amino acids (about 3 grams) and whatever herbal extract they've put into it truly does what it says -- results in something along the lines of an eight-fold increase in growth hormone levels. The way it induces deep sleep at night is almost worth the price tag IMO, beause of how useful that is for recovery, as an athlete. I can tell it's doing this, because when I wake up to pee in the odd hours of the morning, it's from a very vivid, intense dream. That said. It's literally a 30 day supply of 3 grams of amino acids. For $80, it's overpriced. Realistically, this is a $30 monthly supply at most, and that is with a markup in profit that is still likely double to triple the mfg. / sourcing costs. That is just my strong hunch, I take other amino acid products that cost half the price, but provide 5x the product. They won't increase GH levels and create for better sleep like this will, but still. The premium being paid is very high, and even if it works, it feels like price gouging.
