fischertechnik 536622 Professional Mechanic & Static 2 Kit from 9 Years

A present for my 11 year old daughter. Instructions are easy to follow - finding the pieces is a bit of a nightmare - recommend getting some Lego type storage with compartments and sorting into colours and types. We’ve made a few things and they all worked well.

Bought for our grandson's 9th birthday. He is devoted to Lego and is able to make complex models and this was intended to enable him to build his own models. Our son loved Lego Technic but this range no longer caters for improvised construction so we chose a Fischer Technik set and he was thrilled with the models be could make and work from but also the way it was presented. It was rather expensive for what it was but without any competing products we had no alternative but to go with FT.
