If you order a queen size it will not go over the sides of the bed. I was very disappointed. Overall it is a very nice duvet cover. Not too heavy but just enough to keep you in between warm and cool, that also depends on the thickness of your duvet. It truly is as beautiful as in the pictures. If you have a queen duvet I suggest you get a king size!

If you are looking for a very soft and heat trapping comforter I suggest look elsewhere but this totally fitting for an aesthetic room.

Really nice and good quality

I was one of the idiots who ordered this without realizing that it was just a duvet cover, but I did end up ordering a duvet insert to fit into it. I ordered the insert to be 88 x 92 so that it completely fills the 86 x 90 queen size duvet cover and it worked perfectly! I washed the cover before using and it holds up well and still looks nice afterwards. I do wish there were a couple more rows of the tassels since they're on the end that hangs off the bed, making it hard to see them at all. But if you pull it up more onto the bed so they're more visible you can just fold down the extra material up by your pillows then it works out fine. I also think it would have helped to have more ties inside than just 4. My duvet insert came with 8 loops for ties, but I would have been fine with 6. Only having one in each corner helps, but leaves the edges free to shift around, so having 6 or more ties would be helpful. Otherwise, the cover is nice and definitely a good value. Love how it looks.

I can’t even express how pleased I am with this duvet cover (and sham set)!I have been shopping around for a long time, trying to find a light, simple comforter for the bedroom nook in my tiny house. Having a small space makes it easy to feel cluttered and over stimulated with all the stuff in view. I wanted to find a simple blanket, without a print, that still maintained elegance and visual interest.I have been drooling over a particular comforter for over a year from Anthropologie, but have found it hard to justify spending almost 400$ for the blanket and shams!......Then I found this duvet cover. Yahoo!I love that the color is nice and rich... not pure white at all. It is the same color as the pillowcases I made from unbleached cotton muslin. I like the idea of minimally processed bedding.The shams match perfectly, and both are just the right amount of softness.I also love the zipper closure as opposed to buttons, which is just on the backside of the bottom.Lovely product, especially for the price. I do interior design and decorating, and I will definitely be buying this product again for a clients bedroom.

Love love love ! Perfect and just what I expected but better! Now, if you’re like me and didn’t know the difference of a duvet and comforter before this is basically like a sheet for your comforter. I bought an actual comforter from IKEA and filled this duvet with that. It’s very simple to do and looks great. It’s also very light weight especially for the summer depending on what kind of material you stuff it with mine is very lite and cooling.
