The lip balm itself is good, it keeps my lips moisturized and works as expected. However, the build quality and packaging design are disappointing. As shown in the attached photo, the top part broke while I was simply opening the cap. If I try to close and reopen, it will break completely. It's like using a pen without its cap. Once the top is damaged, the product becomes inconvenient to use. The formula is good, but the packaging needs a redesign (like screw-cap) design or better-quality plastic. If this issue isn't fixed, I probably won't consider buying it again, despite liking the product itself.

Feels rough when you apply on the lips (like sandy feeling), also ashy (flaky) unless you rub against the lips for a while to blend in. Otherwise, it has a nice smell, but will see in a few months if it sort of restores the lips.
